Houston Weekend Stay

We were very satisfied with our choice in accommodations. The house fit us to a T!!

Vrbo doesn’t tell guests that 4 star review is considered negative review and if we go under 4.3 average out superhost status is taken away. This guest was perfectly happy with place but left 4 star review which I am sure he thinks is a good rating.

Plenty of space for everyone!

We had a great stay at this property. There were a few minor issues that popped up, but the property owner was quick to address them and provide a remedy if needed. There are 6 bedrooms with plenty of beds available and 3 bathrooms. House is located in a decent neighborhood close to stores/shops. Overall a good experience!

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Owner sent us various messages confirming our stay. Even messaged the day before to confirm our arrival. We get to the house and can’t get in it even check in. Call the owner and he claims it was double booked. Left us without a place to stay and waiting for a refund of a large amount that would take days to get back to us. Will never book this house again. I would not suggest anyone be in this situation either.
