2 BDRM / 2 BATH UPPER UNIT.
POOL AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS.
Had a return client cancel seasonal rental due to health reasons. We're looking for a replacement guest for 3 months D J F M.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION plus amenities. Numerous pools and spas, views, green space, tennis courts and golf! Close to all of the wonderful and exciting things Palm Springs has to offer – unique downtown shops, restaurants, The Spa Casino, numerous golf courses, Knott’s Water Park, the Famous Tramway, Movie Theatres, Live Theatre, The Village Fest Street Fair and so much more.

UNIT 4 (U1): 2+2 Upper Unit.

Nicely decorated and comfortably furnished unit with plenty of amenities. Super clean.

CORONAVIRUS: We take extra measures to disinfect commonly used surfaces between guests.
Should coronavrius restrict travel based on local, state, or federal mandates, or if short term rentals are banned, then refund will be 100% less $250.
We maintain the property empty between guests for 24 hours.

Mesquite Country Club is one of the most favorable locations in Palm Springs. Very clean, very desirably located. The condo features two patios.

Mesquite Country Club is located 5 minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It hosts an 18 hole public golf course, club house, tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained.

Everything you could ask for is close at hand. Leave your stress behind, and be our guest in warm and sunny Palm Springs. Come and stay and enjoy the beautiful, warm desert. We welcome Snowbirds as well as others who just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful desert we refer to as ‘Paradise’!

We love Mesquite Country Club

We love staying at the Mesquite Country Club condos. The second floor apartment was very nice with a great view of the pool, comfortable beds, great televisions, 2 nice patios with seating areas, air conditioning, very well-supplied. We would definitely stay here again!
