Welcome to your dream beach vacation in this second-floor condo that sleeps eight. Can you count all the fish in the place? The bright kitchen has all the black/stainless-steel appliances you need to enjoy your stay, drip coffee maker, plus dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. This island bar has seating for three on stools. Past the bar, a dining table accommodates six, with plenty of room for a leisurely meal or a game of cards. In the living room, a couch, three chairs, and a recliner give plenty of space for everyone to gather and watch the flat-screen TV. There are side tables and lamps around the room to make the perfect ambiance. Step out onto the private balcony for views of the rolling dunes and the Gulf water. Catch the sea breezes while you sip your coffee or relax in the evening. Borrow a book from our shelves for some quiet time. Back inside, the master bedroom (BR1) contains a King-sized bed ready for your comfort in gorgeous bedding with blue flowers. A flat-screen TV sits on the chest. The large windows show you views of the Gulf from the bed. An attached full bathroom sparkles with extra counter space for getting ready with a tub/shower. There is also a hallway to this bathroom as well. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen-sized bed in relaxing bedding with starfish and seashells. There is a chair and nightstands to give you more space. Beautiful art brings the ocean inside all around you. The third bedroom (BR3) holds four twin-sized bunk beds, two desks, and another flat-screen TV perfect for bedtime. The second bathroom is bright with natural light from the window and a coral reef scene on the shower curtain to the tub/shower. There is a stackable washer/dryer tucked neatly in the hallway for use during your stay. Amenities included: TV, Wi-Fi, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

We enjoyed the property very much! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Rental instructions were clear and concise. The only recommendation I have is that the flat, old pillows on the King and Queen beds be replaced. Will stay again!

Family stay in Port A

Our first (but not last) visit to Port A. This condo is in a great location, with easy access to the beach. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay, with plenty of room for all. Pictures are very accurate (important when trying to pick a place on behalf of your whole family - including in-laws!). Beautiful condo with great view! Washer and dryer were a welcome bonus. Wi-Fi was not great, and extra supplies (toilet paper / wash cloths) not super easy to get from office - but that's on the management company... We truly enjoyed our stay - and would happily stay here again - thank you!

Great condo with beach view

This condo was upgraded, clean and well stocked for our stay. We enjoyed the view to the gulf from the balcony. Just a minute walk along the boardwalk to the beach. Short drive into town. We had a wonderful time.

Great location!

Proximity to the beach was excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk. The place was clean and office staff and maintenance were great! However, there were a couple of roaches in the kitchen and master bathroom.

The condo was clutter free spacious, spotless, well kept, easy beach access. The washer and dryer inside the condo was great! I really enjoyed packing clean clothes and nothing dirty to wash when we got home!!! I will definitely visit again!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The actual condo was perfect for our stay. Photos did not disappoint. It was neat, organized, well stocked. Comfortable beds.... plenty of blankets, extra pillows and towels. Just remember to bring your own beach towels. Well decorated and modern interior! Check in went well. HOWEVER, there was a leak under the kitchen sink which was reported immediately upon discovering. Also reported that the refrig. ice-maker wasn't working. When no maintenance showed up that afternoon, it was reported again. The phone service (mgmt company) brushed me off, stating they were 'busy checking-in incoming guests'; that it HAD been reported. Only to find out on our last day (day 3) that this never happened, and the resident on the ground level below us had a "major" flooding issue. We were repeat guests, yet I'm not sure we will return again. The phone contact person told me he would check on some future compensation for us for this inconvenience, but to date, no one has gotten back to us.
