This was a great location in Surfside Beach. The property was quiet with a short walk (one block) to the beach - easy even with an infant! It was a short drive to restaurants and stores. The only item we needed to bring was a sheet for the pack n play (available at rental property) our infant slept in. I recommend this spot if you’re looking for a getaway with your family.

The condo was super nice. We really enjoyed our stay with our sons. One of our Sons was home from Germany. He's in the Army.... so our week at the beach went great!!!!

Jacks awesome condo

The condo is lovely and well equipped, including washer and drier. TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. The saltwater pool is amazing! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our family. My sister rented another condo in the same complex so we were all close. Jack was amazing to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. This location in Surfside is our favorite. We would definitely consider a return trip here!

Great place to stay for a week-long Ripken Myrtle Beach tournament

The owner was great and made sure we arrived without any issues. My children enjoyed the pool, and they used it every day. My wife loved the fact that she could keep an eye on our teenage children from the shaded, private patio. Steps away from the beach! Great place to stay for a Ripken week-long family getaway!

Fantastic Rental

The owner was fantastic to deal with. We had no issues whatsoever. He reached out to make sure everything was going well. Plenty of amenities, games and beach items so you don’t have to bring anything but your clothes and toiletries. We’ll stay here again!

Great Location!!

The location is right across the street from the beach with easy access. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Only a short walk from the pier with great restaurants and ice cream! We walked down there several nights. Jack was very kind and responsive. Tips: bring a beach wagon to help transport your stuff. We had one and it's a game changer. There are a couple chairs in the storage closet.... But bring extras to be sure you have enough. The host has plenty of beach toys and an umbrella in there. Stair access to the beach is close ... But if you walk just a little further there is ramp access. Trust me on this one. It's worth the extra block with the wagon. All the porch chairs were super comfortable and shaded. That was really nice. Parking was great. Bottom floor is great for avoiding stairs with groceries and pool access, but if there are guests on the second floor you will hear them walking around. Not a big deal for most people .... But just thought I'd mention it. We had 5 adults and one 10 year old. It was the perfect amount of space for our small group. We made great memories.
