Tucked away on a stretch of the Intracoastal area is Melbourne Beach, full of what makes the Space Coast Awesome! This home is minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, and beautiful white sand Atlantic beaches. One day, staying there you will say the headline “sanctuary” beach house. You're a 6-minute walk to your private beach, w/private gate entrance or a 2-minute walk to a private dock. There you will see lots of birds and sea life in abundance (sea turtles at night on the beach). Removed from the crowded areas, but close enough if you want to get away. Wonderful experience

This was an awesome location and experience. The house was in a good neighborhood, private pool and 6 short blocks to the beach. Not in a busy spring break location so it was perfect for us. We have a large dog which the owners didn't mind us bringing. The owners were very accommodating and even had the unit cleaned twice during our stay. Would definitely highly recommend this place

Amazing stay

This beautiful property close to the beach was a dream come true for my family! We had so many wonderful afternoon‘s in the beautifully landscaped pool area— and the short walk to both the river and the beach made our stay memorable. There’s no changing a beautiful property but what really made our stay special was the excellent communication and support we received from the owner Al . We stayed at the property for several months while we were waiting for a new house to be built and were in very frequent communication with Al. He made sure the pool, the yard and interior cleanings were coordinated and scheduled and always kept us in the loop. Al is such a wonderful host we feel so grateful that we were able to stay at his property and would recommend this home to anybody else, it was a great stay!

My wife and I stayed here for Jan, Feb and part of March. Our kids and grandkids were also here for about a week. Communication with the owner was very good. The pool and landscape person was also excellent. Conveniently located to Cape Canaveral, Orlando and many fine restaurants.

Excellent visit

Our visit was fantastic! We were traveling with the family (3 adults, 2 children under 3, and the dog) and anything we could have needed was available. The owners were so thoughtful to include touches of home all over the house. The location was great and was easy walking distance to a beautiful beach! The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the extras such as the pool toys and floats for the kids. The owner was also very accessible and open for communication when needed. We we definitely choose this property again.

Beautiful, family and friends vacation get away.

An amazing beach house, every room is clean and looks something like out of the movie. Beautiful set up, everything is convenient, heart warming and most importantly comfortable. The backyard is beautiful, the pool is child friendly. The amenities are easy to use. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The private beach is easily accessible. Honestly an amazing words can’t express experience. The host was always available for any questions. Perfect vacation beach home for a family/friend vacation. Will definitely come back again.

Many family trip and kid with their friends trips. We've owed in this are for over 35 years since my parents first came down to space coast area. It's best described as a quite surf town with a wonderful quality of life.

Why they chose this property

Melbourne beach is in my opinion the best area hands down. The beach are never packed and there so many restaurants serving excellent food.

What makes this property unique

It's close to all needs like supermarket, gas and convenience stores and shopping for what ever.
