La Villa Marie est située dans la résidence très recherchée du Domaine de la Baie Netlé.

C`est un résidence fermée par un portail avec de belles villas, dont certaines au bord de l`eau avec leur ponton privé, comme la Villa Marie.

Vous pourrez donc facilement venir avec votre bateau pour un séjour très reposant dans cette villa au calme, offrant beaucoup d`intimité, et de très belles prestations.

Vous apprécierez ses grands volumes intérieurs et extérieurs.

Vous profiterez de nombreux espaces extérieurs ombragés, et également de beaux espaces pour prendre le soleil, comme la plage de sable privée.

La Villa Marie est entièrement de plain pieds, à l`exception de 3 marches pour accéder de la terrasse à la plage.

Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, et disposent de leur salle de bain.

L`une d`entre elles à même un bureau.

Le salon est la cuisine communique largement avec l`extérieur, bénéficiant d`une ventilation naturelle, en plus de celle du ventilateur de plafond.

Vous profiterez de 2 places de parking privés, sécurisés par une caméra et le portail de la résidence.

La villa est située dans le quartier de la Baie Netlé.

Vous serez tout proche des Terres Basses, avec ses magnifiques plages de la Mer des Caraibes : Baie Rouge, Baie aux Prunes et Baie Longue.

Et pour vos sorties nocturnes, vous rejoindrez très rapidement Maho et Simpson Bay et profiterez de ses restaurants, casinos, piano bars, boites de nuits et également de très belles plages comme celle de Mullet Bay.

Et pour les voyageurs qui arriveront avec leur propre bateau, c`est tout prêt du pont de Sandy Ground et donc très facilement accessible.

Une voiture de location est conseillée pour visiter l`île aux 37 plages.
Notre propriété est l`endroit idéal pour les clients qui recherchent le calme et le repos.

La musique n`est pas autorisée sur la terrasse.

The beautiful outdoor spaces (extensive patio, private pool, sandy play area) are the highlight of this property.

The house has garage type roll up doors for the kitchen and living room area that opens up to outdoor space. Please be aware there is no AC in the common living areas. There is AC in each bedroom. Be aware also of the amount of bugs that come in the house when the roll up doors are open. While we were out one day, the glass door on microwave shattered from no fault of our own and we were held liable for expense of total replacement. We had electrical issues the first night with sparks coming from one of the outlets. Although electrical issue was repaired first thing next morning, we were uneasy because of the sparks from the outlet. Beautiful property but would not rent again.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The electrical issue reported on the first evening was traced to a cable that had accidentally been pinched during cleaning before arrival. An electrician attended first thing the following morning and repaired the issue. Regarding the microwave, it was intact before check-in, no member of our team entered the villa during the guests’ absence, and the glass was found shattered during your stay. We nevertheless offered 30% compensation for the nights affected by the electrical inconvenience and the temporary unavailability of the microwave. Villa Marie is designed as an open Caribbean-style property, with large roll-up openings connecting the living areas to the terrace and outdoor space. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the open-plan common areas are naturally ventilated.
