Apartment facing the sea, directly on the large beach, in the heart of the swimming area.

Stunning views of the bay! All you have to do is lay your towel on the sand.

Change of scenery guaranteed thanks to the many nautical activities and the marina.

Quiet, on the embankment, the beach under its feet, 2 steps from the city center, markets and shops.

Station at 700m (9 min walk)

Les Sables d'Olonne, Vendée coast, seaside resort famous for its Vendée Globe.

Apartment of 74 m2 family ideally located.

You will be charmed by the view facing the ocean, at the foot of the swimming and surfing area. Close to sailing and surfing schools, 300m from the city center, markets and shops.

Quietly located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Cleaning will be done after your departure so you can enjoy the place and the beach to the end.

Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster...

Night Space:

- 1 room with a bed of 180 which can be separated into two beds of 90

- 1 bedroom with a bed of 140 and an extra single bed , this is an extra foldable bed, not suitable for an adult for a long time, recommended for a child instead.

- All beds have duvets and pillows available

- 1 bathroom

- Separate WC

- numerous closets and storage



Linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from the concierge if necessary.

Bonjour, Très bon séjour aux Sables d'Olonnes. L'appartement est bien placé et la vue sur l'océan imprenable. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. L'espace nuit est bien séparé du séjour, ce qui est très confortable avec des enfants. La décoration est un peu datée mais tout est fonctionnel. Nous n'avions pas noté l'absence de box, donc pas de wifi.

La location correspond à l' annonce. L' appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Excellent contact avec la gérante. La literie était de qualité. La location est située sur le remblais et donc il y a du bruit l' été.
