The custom kitchen features granite counters and bar top. The dinning room table seats six comfortably. The living room offer views of the patio and lagoon, as well as the large Television, with a DVD player. The living area joins to a windowed sun room with lots of additional room to stretch your legs. The guest room sports split twin beds, large walk in closet, with an adjoined full bath with a marble countertop. The master offers a king sized bed, television, walk-in closet. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers and master has separate powder area with sink, behind two hand built barn doors. Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 full sized sofas, 2 love seats, air mattress available which is located in the guest bedroom closet.

A short walk from The Pier Village and Neptune Park, this community features a large pool with sun bathing area and tennis courts. A lovely waterway winds throughout the complex dotted by fountains, turtles, fish, and ducks which can be enjoyed on the back patio (yes, there is a gas grill)!
