Nice Resort

I was actually surprised with all the things to at resort from arcade, miniature golf, heated pools, zipline (which was closed due to weather conditions), lobby bar, and onside restaurant. There is lots of things to keep the kids busy. I was also surprised there was a pet fee which was not noted anywhere prior to making the reservation. We are not early bird risers and the walls are very thin, so we would be woke up between 6:30 - 7am every morning with kids yelling and doors slamming. If you are a family with little kids and use to that it probably wouldn't bother you. We did enjoy our stay and our 12 year old loved all the activities available. Everyone that worked at the facility was very friendly and hospitable.

Mountain vacay

Beautiful property, condo was not ready when I arrived to check in during check in hours. Had to wait about a hour then return and go back through the check in line to get keys to the condo. After I finally got checked in everything was fine. Room was missing bedding to couch sleeper but someone brought some over.

Comfortable and Great Place to Stay

We always enjoy our time at Westgate, but this was by far the most enjoyable. Mr. Larry was very kind and easy to work with. Can’t wait until our next stay.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Room was at the top of the resort. Beautiful view outside the front door. We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 teens. While the room was nice, I felt it was too small for the 4 of us. There are larger units in the complex. If I stayed again, I would rent a larger place. Larry, the owner, was great to work with. Very responsive.

We are from north Alabama about 30 miles south of Huntsville. We enjoy being a host
and are retired. We have 8 condos that we rent out to supplement our income.
We spend a week at Westgate every summer.

Why they chose this property

It is located across the highway from the welcome center between Pigeon
Forge and Gatlinburg, making it very convenient. The condo is located up the
mountain with a great view of Gatlinburg. Anakeesta is also visible at night.

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because it has 3 heated swimming pools on the property plus
an indoor waterpark which is available for renters. It also has a putt putt course and
a zip line on the property. The property also has a great restaurant.
