The baseboards were very dusty/dirty. All of the rest of the house was fine, though. It felt clean everywhere else.
This was a good house overall. I thought the add said two bathrooms, but it was just 1 1/2 baths. Anyway, overall very good! Just please clean those baseboards! Haha!

House was very clean and well furnished. However. No propane for grill and wooden chairs on deck had wood rot and broke. Propane was later supplied. The pull out couch is worthless as a bed. Thin mattress with springs digging into your back. Would have been useful to know that the road up the mountains to the house was so treacherous, steep, and winding. Would have taken a four wheel drive vehicle if known. Overall, great weather, safe, and spacious.
Great Spot for Crash and Go, Harder for Long-term Stay
The cabin was cute, clean, convenient location, and nice community pool. However, the functionality of the cabin and it's appliances was lacking (fire alarm went off every time hot oven was opened, grill wouldn't light, TV in main bedroom wouldn't turn on, poor quality pots/pans, fans/lights used same type of universal remote making it hard to turn on/off without affecting other rooms, pull out couch was archaic, etc.). We planned to cook throughout our 5-night stay but couldn't, which means we ended up dumping about $400 worth of food). I wouldn't rent this spot again because it ended up being more of a hassle. If I wanted a crash pad for a couple of nights, this would be a great spot.
The location was great and access to the pools was nice. We were a party of 6 and were supposed to use the pull out couch, but you could feel nothing but the springs in the mattress. There is no way anyone could sleep on that so they had to sleep on top of the couches. Other than that it was ok.
My wife and daughter loved it, there was a rule book and simple instructions on how to use the free tickets and pool passes, the view was perfect, and was right down the road from Gatlinburg.
Great Visit to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Positive experience for this property. Even had a bear come for a visit! Central location allows for good access to the National Park and local activities.
This property was so beautiful!!! The views were amazing and truly the perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Also the place was super clean and welcoming. I will definitely be booking my next trip at this cabin!! Best stay I’ve had in a long time!!!

This property was exactly like the pictures!! We enjoyed our stay so much. We didn’t have any issues at all. 10/10 highly recommend 😊
Spent News Years at Key Lime Pie and were very happy with our experience! The house was perfect size for our family of 4. Clean and well kept. The hot tub and gas fireplace kept us warm on the cold nights. Location was super close to Gatlinburg strip.
Really good experience. The view was great and I loved that they allowed our babies to come stay. If you have dogs that are a little bit picky about potty areas or used to having more room, you may struggle because there’s not tons of space for them to roam, but my dogs don’t care.
The cabin was located near the top of a mountain that afforded beautiful views. We were close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was spacious and offered all amenities anyone would need for a weekend getaway.
We weren’t at the property very much due to being so busy, but it was clean and nice to come back to at the end of the day. Our fur baby was able to enjoy the vacation too.
House was in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Clean, and had most things you need for a vacation. When I rented I was not aware that I would also be dealing with a cabin rental company and there were extra hoops for check in. Manageable, but unexpected.
Long beautiful week staying here. There were bears in our neighbors drive and you could also see them walking the roads in the mountains. My husband and I have stayed here before and we love the location and convenience to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If you wanted to stay in the cabin all week and never leave you have all necessities to do so.
My sister, niece, friend and I stayed here and there was ample room. The rooms were on either side of the house and the living/kitchen/dining was all open concept. If you plan to come here during winter make sure you have what you need if the weather is calling for snow/ice because there would be no way to go up or down the mountain if roads weren't usable. I will definitely come back and stay here - the location was perfect. You were able to use the gatlingburg bypass to go to and from gatlinburg and this was a convenient especially when traffic got bad on the strip. You also have the option of parking at the Gatlinburg welcome center which is at the bottom of the hill and taking the trolly in to town as well. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay.
