Great place for families!!!

We just came home from a great stay in Kreuzberg. The house was very clean and comfortable. We have 3 children and there was plenty of room for us all. For the price, the cottage was perfect for us! It is in a convenient location to drive to Tropical Islands, Berlin, and other nearbye attractions. The lake is also directly across the street. We had a very nice time. Thank you!

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden zu Gast. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Und bis auf eine Sache, dass wir Strom für einen hohen Preis extra zahlen mussten, waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Aber dafür möchte ich keinen Stern abziehen, denn es ist verständlich, dass Vermieterseits mittlerweile so etwas notwendig geworden ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Pro:schöne, meist ruhige Lagesuper für Urlaub mit Hundfreundlicher Kontakt Kontra:man muss Mücken mögen, denn sie mögen einen auch (nur als Anmerkung, ist in Seenähe ja normal)Die Küche hätte etwas mehr Ausstattung haben können die zusätzlichen Stromkosten auch für den Whirlpool (den wir nicht benutzt haben)für Urlaub mit Baby/Kleinkind leider völlig ungeeignet:der Babystuhl war wirklich dreckig bis eklig und hatte einen defekt was zu einer scharfen Stelle führte an die unser Baby ran kam und in den Mund nehmen wollte (die scharfe Stelle war einem Metallband weshalb wir sie nicht entfernen konnten und ständig aufpassen mussten)es gab keinen vernünftigen Platz um Sachen abzulegen oder das Baby zu wickeln (dann eben notgedrungen das Sofa) eine Wickelkommode oder ein großer Holztisch wäre wirklich hilfreich gewesen der Boden im Bereich von der Küche zum Schlafraum und die Schlafraumtür der Kleinen hat geknarzt was dazu geführt hat, das sie häufig wieder aufgewacht istDer Sandkasten und der Pool waren nicht benutzbar (alles dreckig und voll mit irgendwas)Fazit:Für Paare mit oder ohne Hund die es ruhig mögen, nicht allzu große Ansprüche haben, viel unterwegs sind und auswärts Essen gehen durchaus eine Empfehlung. Für Eltern mit Baby/Kleinkind leider überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert.Es gäbe noch mehr Punkte, aber würde den Rahmen sprengen.Wir haben uns um eine ehrliche Einschätzung bemüht und hoffen das die angesprochenen Punkte hilfreich sind.

Gut gelegener Bungalow. Ideal für Reisen mit Kindern und Hund

Sehr gut gelegener Bungalow in ruhiger und entspannter Lage mit großem Garten. Wir hatten alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief sehr nett. Wir haben alle Informationen rechtzeitig vor unserer Anreise erhalten. Wir sind mit Hund angereist. Auch dafür stand entsprechendes Equipment, wie ein Napf bereit. Das Objekt ist ideal geeignet für Reisen mit Kindern und Hund. Sehr schön war auch die Nähe zum Motzener See. Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub.

Bungalow in zweiter Reihe am Motzener See

Der Bungalow ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen besteht Investionsbedarf. Die Einrichtung ist trotzdem sehr liebevoll und gerade Küche und Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool muss die gesamte Zeit laufen was der Mieter mit bezahlen muss. Auch der extreme Chlorgeruch ist etwas unangenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert. Zum Empfang stehen im Kühlschrank frische Eier und überall Blumen auf den Tischen. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage, vor allem auch weil die Umgebung viel her gibt zum Wandern, Rad und Boot fahren.

Wer Natur und Einsamkeit und Ruhe liebt Grandios

Abgelegen vom Alltags Geschehen !Alle Arten von Wasservögel, "normalen" Vögel und Eichhörnchen ! Hundefreundlicher Garten ! Für Selbstversorger alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, und bis 4 Personen ideal wenn man seine Ruhe will !

Wir sind mit unserem Hund 4 Tage in der Unterkunft gewesen und hätten uns keinen besseren Aufenthalt wünschen können. Als wir ankamen war alles super sauber und vorbereitet. Wir hatten frische Eier im Kühlschrank und Holz wurde uns auch vorbereitet. Die „versteckten“ Kisten wie in anderen Bewertungen angegeben, gab es nicht . Das Strom nicht umsonst ist sollte jedem bewusst sein. Wir haben den Whirlpool und auch die saune ausgiebig in Gebrauch gehabt und die Kosten waren wirklich absolut im Rahmen . Wir hatten eine super erholsame Zeit und kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Dankeschön für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr ruhig am See gelegen

Toller Gastgeber, hat uns sogar einen geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum hingestellt, was unseren Sohn sehr gefreut hat. Frische Blumen und Eier gab es auch zum Empfang, auch der Whirlpool wurde genutzt und war sehr schön vorbereitet. Vielen dank wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein.

Die Whirlpool-Nutzung bei eisigen Temperaturen war natürlich wirklich schön, aber leider auch sehr kostspielig, da die Stromkosten nicht inkl. der Mietkosten sind. Die Bilder könnten aktueller sein. Die Dusch- und Küchenarmaturen müssten erneuert oder repariert werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Beiden war zuvorkommend bzgl. weiterem Feuerholz für den Karmin.

Ruhige Idylle

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war wunderschön. Meine Frau und ich durften dort mit unserem Hund eine kleine Auszeit genießen. Sauna und Whirlpool haben uns sehr beim Entspannen geholfen. Die nähere Umgebung eignet sich wunderbar zum Wandern (mit Hund). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Das Haus war vorgeheizt, es standen überall frische Blumen. Auch lagen überall kleine Zettel, zum Beispiel eier von glücklichen Hühner die im Kühlschrank waren. Wir kommen gernr wieder.
