Surrounded by vibrant tropical blooms and an emerald-green manicured lawn, Runaway Bay 117 features an open main living and dining area. The front door opens to reveal a recently updated kitchen, with crisp white cabinetry and a sparkling teal tiled backsplash. Stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, smooth-top electric range, refrigerator, and microwave, while gorgeous slabs of granite create ample workspaces. A pass-through window looks out onto the formal dining area and living space. A plush and spacious sofa faces the large HDTV and creates an ideal spot to kick back with a cold drink and your favorite TV show. Large windows let in tons of natural Florida sunshine and a glass door leads outside to the private patio area where two comfy lounge chairs are the perfect place to sip your morning cup of coffee.

In the one bedroom, there's a luxurious king-size bed that's flanked by reading lamps and faces a large HDTV. A glass sliding door also leads outside to the terrace from the bedroom. In the single, spa-like bathroom there's a step-in shower and a marble-topped vanity. There's also a convenient laundry nook with a stackable washer and dryer that can be accessed from the hallway.

Runaway Bay is perfectly located on Anna Maria Island— just steps away from both the sugary white sand and warm turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the fishing pier and the intercoastal waters of Anna Maria Sound. Guests of Runaway Bay also enjoy access to the largest heated swimming pool on the island, fitness center, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, and bocce ball courts— so there's always something fun to do. AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.

Only 1 pet per reservation with a maximum weight limit of 25lbs per the Runaway Bay HOA.
