BOUCANET - In a residence of direct standing on the beach with swimming pool, P3 of 55m ² approximately, on the ground floor with views of the pool and the sea, composed of a bright living room with sofa bed 140 cm ,television, air conditioning and wifi fiber, a fully equipped kitchen (Microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven), a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm and air conditioning, a row room with bunk bed 90cm (2Benefits), air conditioning and tv. A bathroom and a separate toilet. Apartment equipped with Fiber. Common and secure parking. 2km from the city center. Furnished and equipped 6 beds. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
