About this property

Walk to beach in 4B/4B with quick gulf access!

Escape to paradise in our family's vacation home. Completed in July 2014 and redecorated in 2023, this home was built by the previous owner. We are creating great memories with our children and are privileged to be able to share it with your family. Located on a gulf access canal and within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more, this is the perfect location to enjoy Marco Island to the fullest. Please note we allow hypo-allergenic dogs only.

Our home is outfitted with 12 foot high ceilings, comfortable furniture, wood cabinets, lots of tile and top end appliances ensuring you will be comfortable for your entire stay. Once you step inside the front door you will see a large open great room/kitchen/dining area with over 30 feet of 10 foot high sliders looking out to the heated pool and spa. The great room has a large couch and two leather swivel rockers that can face the 60” HD TV or turn to enjoy the view of the pool. The kitchen has a large island with a bar and seating for 3, as well as upgraded Bosch appliances. The dining area has a large dining table with room for 8 and is just steps away from an outdoor dining table with room for 6 more. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is tucked away beside the kitchen.

The covered lanai is perfect for outdoor living with a dining area and large seating area with a 47' HD TV. The pool is heated and also has a large spa which is heated as well. Beside the pool you will find 4 large chaise lounges for catching some sun or enjoying a relaxing book. A large propane grill with side burner is great for dinners at home. The door from the lanai leads directly to a large dock with a big area for fishing or relaxing. The dock also has a 12k boat lift.

Inside you will also find 4 large bedrooms each with 42” HD TV’s, high end pillow top mattresses and direct access to a bathroom. The large master suite has a king bed and access to the lanai as well as a large master bath with dual sinks and a separate shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and private attached bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and a twin bunk bed as well as direct access to a large bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and direct access to the lanai with private access to a full bathroom with a large tiled shower.

Also included are pool toys for the kids and a door alarm system to notify you if the kids go outside. The house also includes a whole home DVR system to save your favorite shows while you are out at the beach. A DVD player is in the great room and a Bluetooth portable speaker is located by the pool. If you want to walk to the beach there are beach chairs and a wagon in the garage and plenty of beach towels. Fast WiFi internet service is set up and accessible anywhere in the house or on the lanai.

The house was in fantastic shape and was perfect for my crew of 5 adults (all family). Lots of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers and beach wagon made it easy for our beach days! The grill is in great shape and its a great location for restaurants!

High marks go to the hosts who were so responsive to our questions. For example, we reported that the coffee maker no longer was working. By the end of the day, a new one had been delivered in time for the next morning's coffee. We were comfortable, had plenty of room, and found the home to be cheery. Due to the cold days during our stay, we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great for dog walking, the beach, and going to several restaurants nearby.

One of the best places we have stayed. A bathroom in every bedroom was helpful. Open spaces so family could be here for Thanksgiving. The hottub was actually heated which is hard to find in southern Florida. Just overall a wonderful experience

Perfect Vacation

Enjoyed an amazing week on Marco Island. The house was perfect, the 4 bathrooms made the entire trip. The house was fully stocked actually above and beyond stocked. The hosts were very very responsive, and helped us with a small issue super fast. Would definitely stay again.

Great spring break stay with multiple families

Perfect accommodations for 3 families. Each set of parents had their own room and bathroom and the teen children shared the bunk room. So much room for everyone to hang out all week. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Proximity to beach and restaurants was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

This property had it all. The pool was beautiful, and the house itself was only a 12 minute walk from the only public access beach on Marco Island. The hosts were responsive, there was plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the house was very clean. We will be booking again!

The house and accommodations were wonderful! There were 10 of us total and plenty of room. The grandkids (ages 4, 6, 7, 8) loved the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy for all. There were also some good restaurants that were walkable too. I would definitely recommend!

Quiet and relaxing

The property was great. The pool and hot tub were ready to go when we arrived. The house was exactly as pictured and there were plenty of beach items, including two bikes in the garage for us to use. The weather was a little chilly at night but perfect during the day most days. There were about 5 or 6 great restaurants within walking distance but would drive if you wear nicer clothing. The property hosts were also very responsive. Would recommend this property if you are looking for a low key/relaxing vacation.

We were very happy with the house, especially the 4 baths and six TVs. Our granddaughters loved the pool, convenient to everything we needed, 10 min. walk to beach & sunsets. (Bike tires could use inflating.)

Another great family vacation to Marco

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. There is so much space for a large group. The house has everything you need. Close proximity for walks to the beach and everything you need. Great home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marco Island. We had six adults and four kids, all with different nap and bedtimes. No one was woken up at any point due to noise. The kitchen was big enough to cook in, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The outdoor area was very clean, There was plenty of wagons and beach chairs. And the extra refrigerator in the garage was extremely helpful.
