Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this Tidewater condo offers updated accommodations perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Have you been working hard, and need to get away? This stunning first floor condo is perfectly situated, and hosts many thoughtful extras provided by the homeowners. Enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening on the comfortable screened patio. The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook.

Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool enjoying cocktails with your friends and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September)

Like all Tidewater properties, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is in very high demand.

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time rental from Island Realty. I have always used another realty company when staying at Isle of Palms. I was not disappointed. The property was really nice and clean. I have rented several condos. This is the first one I have stayed at, that I can say has the most comfortable beds. The only thing about staying on the first floor is it was noisey. That is to be expected at any rental on the first floor. We had a wedding to attend that keep us from enjoying the property. I will return when I can stay longer and enjoy the property.

February Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a chance to bring my sister and her husband for a quick vacation. The accessibility to the condo was excellent with ramp as she is on a crutch. The rooms were clean, and we felt right at home. The porch was such a great addition and it afforded nice chats and reading. The beds were so comfy ( and added blankets for the chilly evenings). The only suggestion I had for the property is the addition of grab bars near each shower as due to its one level location, it might allow those with less abilities to enter the showers safely. We had such a nice time and will definitely try to return!

Trip with elderly in laws

The property was very nice and true to pictures posted online. The only negative was the steps to get into the condo. My mother in law doesn’t ambulate well and had difficulty getting into our unit. The ad posted that there was an elevator in the building but you had to go up several steps to get to it.
