Klug aufgeteiltes Appartement, fĂŒr zwei Personen wunderbar. Bequemes Bett, KĂŒche fĂŒr kleine Mahlzeiten, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Bad ohne Fenster, gemĂŒtliches Sofa. Lage im EG wĂ€hrend der Hitzewelle in Paris perfekt, da nicht ganz so aufgeheizt. Tolle BĂ€ckerei / Patisserie nur 50 m entfernt. Sehr netter, (auch) englisch sprechender Vermieter.

Besser geht es nicht

Diese Ferienwohnung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und mit großer Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, stehen hier unĂŒbersehbar der Komfort und das Wohlbefinden der GĂ€ste im Vordergrund. Der Gastgeber ist weit ĂŒber das zu erwartende Maß engagiert und geht mehr als nur eine Extrameile fĂŒr seine GĂ€ste. Soviel von Herzen kommende, unaufdringliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten. Auch die Lage ist einfach nur großartig - alle tĂ€glichen BedĂŒrfnisse lassen sich im charmanten Montrouge fußlĂ€ufig bedienen, und mit der einen Steinwurf entfernten MĂ©trostation Mairie de Montrouge liegt einem Paris buchstĂ€blich zu FĂŒĂŸen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Conforme Ă  mes attentes

Appartement moderne qui rĂ©pondait en tout point Ă  mes attentes. Tous les accessoires fonctionnels et relativement neufs. J'Ă©tais en voyage avec mes deux ados pour visiter Paris. Donc, l'appart n'a servit qu'Ă  dĂ©jeuner et dormir. SituĂ©e Ă  Montrouge mais proche de tout via le mĂ©tro Ă  3 minutes de marche. Beau quartier, tout se fait Ă  pied, restos, marchĂ©, boulangerie etc.. Nous Ă©tions en aoĂ»t (28 Ă  30 degrĂ©) et avec la chaleur nous avons laissĂ© les fenĂȘtres ouvertes ce qui occasionnait du bruit de la rue. Une fois les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es tout Ă©tait ok. Je n ai entendu aucun voisin. Le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait lĂ  Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillant, a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos questions et s'est mis Ă  notre disponibilitĂ© si nous avions besoin. Je recommande ce logement Ă  moins d'une canicule.

Great Location

Being so near the metro, supermarket, etc made it easy to access everything we needed. Andrei was great to work with and nicely accommodated our unforseen arrival.
