Welcome to paradise, where you can unplug and enjoy the Island Lifestyle on a bridge-less barrier island! Every Breaking Wave is a fully furnished unit which features Florida style décor, and all the comforts of home: comfortable beds, all linens and towels, two full baths (downstairs bath has walk in shower), washer and dryer, full-sized kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. We are centrally located at Hideaway Bay Beach Club and are a leisurely a one-minute walk to the bay or beach.

Our unit has internet, satellite tv, DVD players and plenty of movies for your viewing pleasure. We also have plenty of books for you to read, while spending a beautiful afternoon soaking up the afternoon sun! We have all the beach accessories you need, therefore no need to bring anything but food and your clothes (don’t overpack)! Our unit comes equipped with beach umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, kayaks, beach games, charcoal grill, downstairs sitting area and hammock. We pride ourselves on our communication, leading up to and during your stay! Arrive as a guest...leave as family!!

If you're looking for nightlife and a ton of action, this isn't the location for you! However, if you're looking for a vacation where you can truly relax and disconnect, LGI - Every Breaking Wave is the place to be!

Miles of unspoiled beach filled with beautiful shells and sharks’ teeth, LGI is a dream come true! Guests park their vehicle in a free secured lot on the mainland and board a free ferry, for a five-minute ride to our island paradise. Our condo association has 30 first come/first serve boat slips , a dock for fishing, daily garbage removal, an in-ground heated pool, and community barbecue grill and smoker.

Our family had a lovely two weeks in this beach-beautiful condo. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clean and well-cared for. We loved all the extras…golf cart, grill, boogie boards, and sand toys. Will definitely return!

Condo in paradise

This property is one of the best we have stayed at on the island. It was clean and decorated super cute. The location within the neighborhood was perfect. We had one small issue and Angela was quick to respond and communicated well with us. In fact, her communication through the whole process was second to none. We can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect location and setup

A group of friends and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend 2021. The owners were so easy to get in touch with and extremely nice! They made the whole process so smooth and their condo was very nice. The use of the golf cart made hauling everything to and from the boat a beeeze. 10/10 recommend!

Why they chose this property

We discovered LGI in 2020 (thanks COVID) and fell absolutely in love with this unspoiled, undeveloped island! We've found our dream beach home where we can relax, disconnect and make wonderful family memories! Our family spends a lot of time at Every Breaking Wave, therefore we are very selective and do not operate our vacation home as a 'revolving door' rental. We'd love to share this little slice of heaven with you!

What makes this property unique

We treat you like guests in our home! We begin communicating with guests weeks, if not months before arrival, by providing a welcome kit and helpful hints to assist in prep for vacation. We stay in close contact throughout the entire stay, to ensure that our property is meeting the needs of our guests! Unlike many rentals on LGI, we leave the fridge stocked with non-perishable condiments and also have a pantry full of spices and many non-perishable essentials.
