Erholsame Ferien an ruhiger und sonniger Lage

Wir haben unsere Sommerferien sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Sonnenhang über ganz Flims war wunderschön und die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten (insbesondere in der Küche) und war in einem super Zustand. Ausserordentlich gut gefiel uns das Cheminée und die beiden renovierten Nasszellen sowie der Plattenboden in der ganzen Wohnung. Einzig den Lift haben wir vermisst - die vielen Treppenstufen nach den Wanderungen waren jeweils eine Herausforderung.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Zugegeben, der Weg von der Garage in die Wohnung ist stufenreich und recht weit, aber das war uns vorher bekannt und die Wohnung besticht durch einen grandiosen Ausblick in ruhiger Lage, den man auf zwei Balkonen genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet (inkl. Balkon-Möblierung). Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Sonst vermisst man hier mal ein anständiges Messer, ein Schneidebrett oder eine große Pfanne. In dieser Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktionierte schnell und unkompliziert. Hier konnten man sich auch mal einen Rat holen. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung in einer der schönsten Gegenden der Alpen!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben es sehr genossen und die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und unterstützend in der ganzen Abwicklung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sogar eine Sauna kann benutzt werden. Auch der Bus ist unweit von der Wohnung. Empfehlenswert!

Great appartment, excellent host

We had a great week in this appartment. The appartment is comfortable, well maintained and has a great view over Flims and the mountain area. The appartment has all the required things you expect and many more. Nice furniture on the balconies, fondue and grilling equipment etc. The wheather wasn't always perfect but we were able to make some nice hikes in the area and also spent a nice day at the beautiful Caumasee. A very special word of appreciation to Nadja the owner/host of the appartment, she is really great. She called us straight after we reserved the appartment to get to know each other, she gave excellent tips for trips in the area and also organised a Guestcard for the area to get reductions on entry rates and also travel on the bus to Laax. Superb. The walk from the parking garage to the appartment is rather far (many steps), but the view rewards it all. Overall we had a great experience.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick

Wir waren in der letzten Februarwoche in dieser Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub. Es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber mit herrlichem Blick über Flims. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön, das Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin war geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir uns hätten wünschen können. Die Baconies waren großartig. Herrliche Aussicht und sehr sonnig. Am späten Nachmittag wurden in der Nähe Hirsche gesehen. Um zu den Bergbahnen zu gelangen, gibt es eine Bushaltestelle in 150 Metern Entfernung. Bequemer ist es, das Auto zu nehmen und auf dem neu eröffneten Parkplatz direkt unter den Bergbahnen zu parken. Es gibt auch einen luxuriösen Skidepot in diesen Räumlichkeiten. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und werden nächstes Jahr wieder buchen, falls verfügbar. Wir sind keine deutschen Muttersprachler und entschuldigen uns für etwaige Fehler.

Schöne, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit viel Wohlfühlcharakter am Sonnenhang von Flims. Die Aussicht über ganz Flims und die Bergwelt sind phänomenal.

Very nice apartment with marvellous views

We had a great week in flims during our kids’ school break in February. The apartment is very nicely located with beautiful views over the Valley and Flims Waldhaus. The apartment has two balconies which have sun practically all day. The apartment has an indoor parking, very nice in case of snow. We went to the skilift in Flims by car and parked in the brand new parking that is right next to the lift. The skiing area is just great. Very high-tech lifts and beautiful slopes. Many times we found ourselves alone on a slope, allowing us to fully enjoy the views and beautiful nature - what a luxury! The two bedrooms and bathroom are at entry level, the very spacious living and kitchen are at the top level of the building. We never heard any nieghbors. The apartment had everything we need, defintely recommend.
