Beautifully renovated and professionally decorated, 3rd floor, end unit condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and with wonderful views of the pavilion and pool. As an end unit, you'll enjoy west facing windows in the living room, dining room, and kitchen so you are able to view sunsets daily. Relax on the 30' private balcony with comfortable balcony furniture while you enjoy watching the crystal blue waters of the Gulf and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinets with under-counter lighting, and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The dining room and bar area has a useful sink and large ice-machine. Smart TV's can be found throughout with a 65" TV in the living room, a 46" TV in the master bedroom, and a 50" TV in the guest room. Don't worry about parking, the updated condo includes a dedicated covered parking spot in the garage area. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.)
