Escape to the peace and tranquility of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully appointed end unit condo. This condo was completely renovated in 2018 and boasts wood plank tile flooring in the main living areas and guest bathroom with new carpet in both bedrooms. You will enjoy picturesque views up the east coast with windows in kitchen, dining room, and living room. Enjoy cooking in this well-appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and high-end stainless appliances. Off the kitchen is a laundry room complete with new full-size washer and dryer. The dry bar has both an ice machine and a beverage fridge. The living area includes a large leather sectional perfect for curling up and watching a movie on the 66" smart TV. The master suite has a luxurious king bed in which you can relax and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico or watch TV on the 56" smart TV. The master bathroom is complete with Carrera marble, custom tile shower and a double vanity featuring quartz countertops. The guest bedroom has two queen sizes beds with a 50" smart TV. The guest bathroom includes an oversized garden tub/shower combo with custom tile surround. Relax on the 30' balcony in the high-end desk furniture perfect for enjoying views up and down the pristine sugar sand coast. Unique to this unit is the updated LED lighting throughout with ceiling fans in each bedroom and living area. This unit offers complimentary beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) Create lasting memories with family and friends in this spectacular condo.

Very nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we were thankful for a well equipped kitchen. Views were amazing.Only negative was there was no directions to the main tv along with the 3 remotes provided. Management was able to assist us but would be helpful for all your visitors in the future. Look forward to a return trip next year.

The decor was updated and everything was so clean. We really loved the separate ice maker, too! We rarely left our room and the complex because we felt so at home! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the size of the complex and felt were able to get wherever we needed quickly and easily. The beach was perfect and the chair and umbrella service was a huge plus! The pool was perfect for my 2 small boys. I was able to relax and keep my eye on them so easily. It was really nice to be within walking distance of The Back Porch, too! Any staff we came in contact were extremely nice and helpful as well. We have every intention to make it back on a yearly basis moving forward. Although, I was bummed looking ahead at booking our 2022 trip to see that the price basically doubled. I completely expected an increase, but not x2. Hoping we can make it work because this condo was exactly what we were hoping for and we fell in love!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here frequently over the past 30 yrs. Recommended to family and friends which equates to at least 6 rentals per year. First time encountered no smoking in or around beach chairs. We are very mindful of others and would never expose neighbors to our smoke based on wind direction and speed. Will not be recommending in the future and will find other accommodations, thought we were coming to Florida and not California.

One thing for noncoffee drinkers, they didn't have a teapot to boil water. I used a pot without any trouble. Just a suggestion-
