Love staying at Destin Gulfgate- we are repeat customers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always thoroughly enjoy our stay at Destin Gulfgate. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit this time there was a sticky substance on the kitchen floor and really no means of cleaning it up. I did use the mop and the scrubber on the mop at the mop was kind of dirty too. It would also be nice to have some Windex to clean the glass table in there after eating meals.

Even better than pics

The view of the Emerald Coast is amazing! This building has the best view of the beach & gulf with huge windows and the best balcony. The unit was spacious, clean & well decorated. It had everything we needed for eating in. We loved the beach and pool too. We walked to many activities and didn’t miss a BackPorch happy hour! We hope to stay here again.

Lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. If you haven’t booked this place it’s a must! Thank you, this RN needed some relaxation on the beach. 😊

Amazing stay!

This property is huge, clean, and came with all the kitchen space and utensils/equipment we needed so that we could eat in when we didn’t feel like walking down the beach to the restaurant that’s within walking distance. Our favorite part was the enormous balcony with sliding glass pocket doors across the entire front of the space. Chair rental is included, reserved so you don’t have to rush down to the beach to “claim” a spot, and lined up in a single row instead of several rows deep (no sitting behind other chairs if you don’t get down there early enough!). We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Destin!

Cozy, beautiful, perfect condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This until was beautiful! It was so squeaky clean, well stocked, thoughtfully decorated and had everything we could have possibly wanted! It was perfect for our family of 4 (two adults, two teens) and made for the most perfect landing spot after a long day soaking up the sun and reading in the shade at the beach! The private pristine beach was amazing! The chair service felt beyond luxurious. I cannot wait to return!

Great location and view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rooms were clean and well stocked. Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. I love this location and being able to walk to the Back Porch is a plus. Condo had everything I needed, although I didn’t cook much. Amazing view and loved the patio furniture. I pick units for the outdoor furniture since I’m out there so much. Only thing I would prefer is a key pad for the doors vs a key. I didn’t like having to worry about having a key anytime I left. Would definitely come back.

Frequent Visitor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is approximately the 11th or 12th year we have stayed at Destin Gulfgate and truthfully I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Destin. Each condo I have stayed in has been clean, roomy and comfortable. This year was the first time with grandbabies and it was wonderful. They had plenty of room to crawl and walk around. We love the employees and all the accomadations that Destin Gulfgate has to offer and with a 3 year old, 18 month that has just learned to walk and an 8 month old the zero entry, kid friendly pool was amazing. We love everything about Destin Gulfgate.

2023 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time as usual. We love the facility and the location. We’ve been staying here for 12 years, always rebook before we leave but we didn’t this year because the 24’ pricing was ridiculous. It seems the prices are getting out of and we’re looking at other properties for next year.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying here. The access to the beach, pool, amenities (such as groceries), entertainment, and restaurants was unbeatable. The property was very clean and in great condition. The bars on the balcony railing made me slightly nervous with smaller children, but the doors to access the balcony locked well above their reach. Otherwise, the condo was perfectly family-friendly.
