Really Awesome, Large Space!

The property manager was really kind to my group and accommodated our many needs. The home is large, and perfect for friend groups. Lots of games (we had an epic Jenga battle) and a well equipped kitchen. When you see the home from The street you wouldn’t believe the space it had upon entering. Really a great stay!

Great space to large group weekend getaway

I think the property maximized space well. The space was more than adequate for our group of 9 both indoors and out in the backyard. We were able to easily to get a number of bars and restaurants near by and downtown (via reasonable uber rides). We had no issues, other than one question upon check in which was listed with the instructions that I overlooked on accident. I messaged the owner and she responded right away. We had a great stay and I would recommend it to any other large groups looking to stay in the Denver area.

Successful Fantasy Football Draft Weekend

This property caught our eye due to the backyard space and general location. We ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, which is big enough for a Kubb pitch, and it didn't disappoint. The street is a bit busy and loud, but we still walked a few blocks to Rise and Shine Biscuits (recommended). Everything was clean and overall we were very happy with our stay. Liz was very responsive via message and I'd recommend this house.

Awesome property!

This is a great place to stay! The outdoor space is so fun with lots of fun outdoor games and a fire pit. It had everything we needed and the host was so helpful the whole trip. Highly recommend!

Liz’s place is awesome! We had 8 guys meet up in Denver for my brother’s bachelor party and could not have asked for a better set up. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the backyard area is perfect for hanging with the guys. I definitely recommend this property.
