Amazing property!

We loved our stay at Casa Helene! Impeccable property and amazing view! We spent a lot of time on our patio grilling and eating, reading and relaxing. Everything was great— and the chips, salsa and guacamole at check-in was a wonderful treat! Highly recommend this property—perfect place for two couples!

Far from Luxe, or luxuries Worn out and old

A very worn interior, furniture worn. Held together with screws. Pots/pans were found with cook food stuck on them, put away in the cabinets.. The water filter broke. Missing light bulbs in master bath. Cleaners never showed up when scheduled. Our stay was not what we expected from a luxe unit, as described on their listing. Overall a horrible rental. I would avoid this unit. If you are going to rent in the Pinnacle buildings, DO IT DIRECTLY with them. Do not use an outside rental company. You lose many benefits of the building.

Casa Helene is perfect!

Beautiful unit with beautiful views! Communication with the property manager was excellent. Unit is clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. Everything was thought of, right down to the welcome gift of fresh guacamole and pico when we arrived 😊
