Escape to Cabin on the Rocks Looking for a place where the family can unplug, slow down, and make memories together? Welcome to Cabin on the Rocks, a unique mountain retreat tucked among the pines of Duck Creek Village. This is not your typical vacation rental. Cabin on the Rocks offers something that's becoming harder and harder to find—a true escape from the noise of everyday life. Surrounded by forest, rock formations, wildlife, and star-filled night skies, this is a place where kids can play outside, families can gather around the firepit, and everyone can enjoy the beauty of Southern Utah. While the cabin embraces an off-grid lifestyle, you're not completely disconnected. The recent addition of Starlink high-speed internet provides reliable WiFi for streaming, checking emails, sharing vacation photos, or staying connected when needed—giving you the best of both worlds. Room for the Whole Family This spacious two-level cabin comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, making it ideal for families looking to spend quality time together while still having room to spread out. Sleeping Arrangements Primary Bedroom (Main Level) California King Bed Convenient access to the main living spaces Bedroom 2 (Lower Level) Queen Bed Quiet and comfortable private retreat Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed Perfect for kids, cousins, siblings, or a family bunk room experience that makes vacation memories even more fun. Cell service becomes limited as you approach the property, allowing you to truly settle into vacation mode. Because service can be spotty throughout the area, we recommend downloading your arrival instructions, directions, and access information before leaving for the cabin. Once you arrive, Starlink internet makes it easy to reconnect whenever you choose. Many guests find that the limited cell coverage becomes one of their favorite parts of the trip—less screen time, more family time, and more opportunities to enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer. Adventure Awaits Cabin on the Rocks is perfectly situated for exploring some of Southern Utah's most spectacular destinations: • Bryce Canyon National Park • Zion National Park • Cedar Breaks National Monument • Panguitch Lake • Yankee Meadow Reservoir • Hundreds of miles of ATV and UTV trails • Fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing, and scenic drives Whether you're spending the day exploring red rock landscapes, riding mountain trails, or simply relaxing beneath the pines, you'll find countless opportunities to create lasting memories. Important Things to Know Seasonal Mountain Retreat Cabin on the Rocks is a seasonal property designed for spring, summer, and fall getaways, when guests can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, nearby trails, and beautiful mountain weather. Embrace the Off-Grid Experience Part of the charm of this cabin is its remote setting and connection to nature. There is no central heating or air conditioning, allowing guests to experience the natural mountain climate during the operating season. Disconnect to Reconnect Cell service is limited throughout much of the surrounding area and along the drive to the cabin. We recommend saving directions, check-in instructions, and your access code before leaving. Once you arrive, Starlink WiFi allows you to stay connected when needed while still enjoying the peaceful feeling of being away from it all. If you're looking for a place to reconnect with family, spend your days outdoors, and create lasting memories surrounded by nature, Cabin on the Rocks is the perfect mountain escape. Gather. Explore. Overall, the cabin was nice- Very private. kind of a bummer- No propane for the BBQ. Refrigerator takes a while for things to get cold. Suggest Bring Ice chest to keep things cold- like water- soft drinks- Milk. another suggestion. cleaners need to clean headboard on master- I get it yes, a cabin in the woods, but dust was pretty thick, I dusted it down so I could sleep. Again, maybe just an oversite. Cabin does get a lot of flies, keep doors shut. Great location if you want privacy- would stay again, game room was nice - downstairs was awesome for add't guest. NICE getaway!
Was relocated to another cabin not the one we paid for
My family and I had to leave a day early. You may find that it is too hot in the cabin and with no AC available it is uncomfortable to sleep or take a nap.
We are unsatisfied and sad to find out from your cleaning crew, that the reason that the cabin we originally rented from you did not have electricity due to the solar panels have not been working for over two weeks. That was more than ample time to had let us know so we had plenty of time to re arrange our stay. We took what was convenient for you but not for my family.
We paid for more expensive cabin and pet friendly, the cabin you accommodated us was less and we had to board our dog, because the cabin you changed us to was NOT pet friendly. As well as we didn't get any compensation for the difference on the daily rental rate or pet deposit.
There was not a designated area for trash, we placed it in trash bags that we provided and tied them tightly. Dish washer was left running with the dishes we used, my wife had washed the towels some are in the dryer that we had used the night before we left. We fixed the back door screen, looked like someone or something knocked it off the screen and lots of mosquitos were coming in through that open area. There was little to no hand soap in the restrooms.
Hard to enjoy a house that lacked electricity and heat
A refund of some of our $$ is justified

Family trip
The property was in very good condition and cleaning but the checking in was horrible experience also with the proper management was horrible since we were not told that they were going to come and change some of appliances so we had to leave the property since it was going to be uncomfortable having my family there and then changing appliances . And the property management told me that they were going to give me some credit which I have not received I told them I did not needed this credit but it was unprofessional for them to have me literally changed my whole scheduling since they had someone come out to change the appliances which didn’t even have the exact time. On my next Utah I am not booking this Property again horrible experience
