Great place to stay

My husband and I and 3 kids (ages 9, 13 and 18) stayed at this great condo during a Breckenridge ski trip. It was a great location, only 7 minutes to the resort! It was plenty roomy for all of us and the kids appreciated having their own rooms. The only couple of very small complaints we had were that 1) the main room fireplace/stove did not heat up the room that well so we were a bit cold 2) there were no hot pads/pot holders/dish towels in the kitchen. Other than that, it was very well stocked. The upstairs rooms and the master bedroom stayed nice and warm. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Great location, much smaller than it looks

The description and pictures don’t accurately explain how small the place is, it’s a very small place, only seating for 6. We were able to make it work since we were mostly spending our time skiing. Additionally, the shower didn’t drain and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, it took us a few days to realize since we ‘ran’ it while skiing. We had an allergic reaction in the house because of it. When we finally told the owner, he gave us a hard time for not telling him immediately about the issues. No apology or worry about the allergic reaction, and gave us a really hard time about a small refund.

Small but Comfortable Mountain Duplex

The property is smaller than it looks on the photos. I think the place is comfortable for a maximum of 6 adults/teens because the shared living spaces are small (there are 6 chairs at the dining room table and only four places for people to sit in the living room area), the kitchen space is cramped and there are only two small bathrooms. The property could sleep about 10 people (3 king beds, one bunk in the hallway with double on bottom and daybed in loft) and be ok if the people were only using the property to sleep and mostly dining out.

Nice clean property with lots of sleeping space and outdoor room for kids! Comfy beds! Had a few issues with a couple appliances/fireplace but was able to work around

Girls trip to Breckenridge

Breckenridge is easily accessible from the property and you feel tucked away in the mountains! Perfect for a girls getaway or a couple of families. There was ample places to sleep, the beds are very comfortable and the house was well decorated. Very comfortable.

Such a family friendly environment

Definitely will be coming back! Such a lovely home, close to local shops and restaurants. It was also very equipped with household necessities such as pot/pans, dishes etc. Super impressed!
