Master bedroom offers king size bed, guest bedroom offers queen size bed and the den has 2 twin beds. Gorgeous, very clean unit with all conveniences directly on the beach, a step to the sand!!!! Well equipped kitchen and bar overlooking the ocean from living room makes this a perfect vacation home or winter get away. Our kitchen is fully equipped with many high quality appliances( rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, toaster) and many more. Full service building with beach chairs and umbrellas are included at no charge, 24/7 security, concierge, and management on site as well as free valet parking. Fitness room with views overlooking the ocean to motivate!!!! Heated pool and hot tub.

Excellent apartment and location

Beautiful apartment and view! My family loved staying here and everything fit our needs. The location was very convenient and many shops nearby, only 25-30 mins away from Miami as well!!

This is my get away to enjoy the beach and all the great restaurants steps away once you step out of the building. Safe area with lots to do, makes me want to return and return to enjoy the beautiful beach and pool. Staff is wonderful and very helpful, and also very friendly!!

Why they chose this property

I enjoy staying at my home away from home because the views are spectacular from this floor, ocean is so relaxing to sit on any of the 3 balconies and just take it all in. At night you have a wonderful view of the intracoastal, which is magnificent. This unit has all appointments you need to enjoy your stay.
Many of my guests return year after year to make this unit their home away from home!!

What makes this property unique

This property has all the conveniences one could want. No need for a car, lots of restaurants, grocery stores (Milians, Publix), pharmacy, a huge park and bus in front of the property to take you to South BEACH/Miami or to Adventura Mall, anywhere you want to go! So much to keep you busy and enjoy your stay!
