The gondola is just 100 m from the residence which has an elevator and covered parking. Surface area : about 35 m². 1st floor. Orientation : South, South-West, West. Living room with bed-settee (140*190). Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 electric cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub.
