Points positifs, appartement bien situé, nous avons apprécié la chambre séparée ainsi que le toilette et une trÚs bonne connexion. Le casier à ski trÚs pratique Points négatifs, le manque d'isolation phonique, le couchage du séjour non confortable et la douche bouchée de notre arrivée à notre départ.

Plutot bien ... mais pas de connection internet

Bonne dans l'ensemble mais avec un gros point négatif : l'annonce mentionne une possibilité de connection internet par partage de connection .... mais cela s'est avéré impossible car le réseau 4G est trop faible et instable; cela était bien connu du propriétaire qui n'en a rien dit et qui d'ailleurs avait programmé pour plus tard l'installation d'une box wifi. La concierge m'a confirmé le problÚme de l'immeuble Ruitor pour la connection internet. Il était donc abusif, voire mensonger, de mentionner cette possibilité dans l'annonce.

Un appartement bien situé et assez grand pour un séjour au ski

La description de la location correspondait. Le matelas de la chambre Ă©tait neuf et confortable. La salle de bains spacieuse avec une belle douche. Pour la propretĂ©, il restait des poils sur le divan lit, ce qui est assez gĂȘnant mĂȘme si c'est pas la fin du monde, sauf que nous avons dĂ» attendre longtemps pour rĂ©ceptionner les clĂ©s pour justement attendre que le nettoyage soit fini. Paradoxe. Reste le dernier point... Il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi, et le partage de connexion n'est pas possible, vu la qualitĂ© du rĂ©seau dans l'appartement. Étant situĂ© au 2Ăšme sur 11 Ă©tages, les antennes mise du cĂŽtĂ© station et pas de l'appartement, il Ă©tait juste possible de consulter ses mails, et envoyer une ou deux photos. Pas possible de regarder des vidĂ©os en streaming. Pour tĂ©lĂ©phoner il fallait aller sur le balcon. Nous avons nĂ©anmoins passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, hors internet mais il y a quand mĂȘme 2 tĂ©lĂ©visions avec les chaĂźnes de la tnt.

Du point de vue de l'appartement, c'Ă©tait parfait. Ce qui a pĂȘchĂ© c'est le service du prestataire AB SERTI. En effet, il n'y a pas eu d'Ă©tat des lieux Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ainsi qu'au dĂ©part. De plus, sur le contrat de location il Ă©tait stipulĂ© que nous devions remettre un chĂšque de caution, et on nous a rĂ©pondu que cela n'Ă©tait pas la peine. A noter, que nous avons laissĂ© cet appartement aussi propre que nous l'avons reçu, c'est Ă  dire parfaitement propre. Marc LemariĂ©

Good if you want to party all night

We were confused at first as we could not find the agents, so a map would be useful. We were delayed by the bus but the staff stayed late and were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for the 2 of us and handy for the lifts. The only problem was the walls are thin and there was sometimes considerable disturbance from the noisy partygoers in the other apartments. Some nights we got very little sleep. Perhaps the need for considerate behaviour could be made clearer.

Nous avons passé une trÚs agréable semaine. Appartement moderne, confortable et meublé avec goût, bien entretenu. Bien placé : 3 min des pistes & des commerces à pied. Rien ne manquait pour des vacances réussies. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment conseillé, était disponible et attentionné.

l'annonce précisait skis aux pieds mais il n'en est rien .les remontées sont à 200m environ. appartement calme, jolie vue mais le ménage laisse à désirer. vaisselle pas trÚs propre et moutons sous les lits, de plus les couette ne sont pas de premiÚre fraicheur car pas lavées aprÚs chaque location.
