Such a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing stay! Adrienne and Drew were so attentive when we have a question, the accommodation was really comfortable and the view was amazing! We would happily stay again, especially to watch the leaves change, we came away from our weekend very relaxed 3 Thank you so much!

This cabin and its location were great. The cabin was very clean and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed.Check in was very easy too, with no issues at all. The amount of games available for use was great! We played several games and enjoyed our family time together.We loved that we could bring our fur kids with us and they also enjoyed the vacation.We were glad we brought our 4-wheel drive vehicle, it made it super easy to get to and from the cabin.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This property is unbelievable! My sister and I were looking to truly GET AWAY and this was exactly right! You're only 15 minutes from a grocery store, but you feel truly secluded and tucked away. The property itself was really beautifully appointed, with everything we needed (and we are pretty fussy about things). Just steps away were cows and horses, a beautiful vista, and NATURE! A trailhead is just a few minutes' drive away.The property owners were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Beds were comfortable, TV and internet worked perfectly, and we even made a bonfire. I truly cannot say enough good things. We will be back again, 100%!

The cottage was exactly as described - clean and ready for our stay. Check in was easy, and Adrienne and Drew were wonderful hosts. Our family loved the quiet getaway, and the boys spent most of their days by the river. Definitely would recommend!

The property was very roomy and welcoming. While it rained quite a bit, we did get a chance to enjoy a campfire and played games. We were a little disappointed that there were no chickens and cows, but did see the horses.

Great getaway location

It was perfect for what we wanted. We brought groceries and had a quiet family weekend. It’s a renovated old farm house with a lot of character. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

All good things. Just what we needed. Hosts were incredibly thoughtful and kind. Winter storm hit, but we had to be in the area for a funeral. Accomodations were perfect for our family of 5 and family dog. The hosts plowed snow for us, provided farm fresh eggs, and made our stay very comfortable. My whole family wants to come back in the summer.

Nice Getaway

Overall the owners, property, and relaxation was great. Drew and Adrienne are very nice and accomodating. We were not happy with the river access. Very muddy at the dock area for our dog to use the river. Hopefully in time, more river access will be opened up. Not a complaint, but more of a let down. We would definitely visit again.

Guys Outdoor Getaway Weekend

Mixed group of 10, 30ish to 60ish, biking, hiking, kayaking , fishing (property has small floating dock) fireside chats, cook outs, book reading, bird watching, music playing etc. Access to the property is a very rocky rural road, but even FedEx can get there. lol The kitchen is really well equipped and in good order. The bedrooms and common areas are clean comfortable and well furnished. TV / Wifi / Wifi Calling all had great service. Highly recommend!

The house was beautifully renovated and furnished inside. Very clean on the inside but needed some cleaning/better upkeep on the porches and porch furniture. The property was nice - we enjoyed seeing the horses but the driveway is very rocky and rough. The house wasn’t as private as I imagined with the other cabin just next door. We could have used a lighter in the house for the campfire. Luckily, we borrowed one from the neighbors. The s'mores ingredients were appreciated.

Nicely appointed cottage with 4 bedrooms. Single bathroom is upstairs (fine for us!). Nice open kitchen with a good supply of kitchenware. Kids loved the s’more kit, and making a fire was no problem despite the rain in the morning, thanks to ample dry firewood stacked on the porch. Would stay again!
