Breathtaking views with a great location. Swimming, tennis and pickleball right out your back door. You couldn’t ask for more, that includes warm and friendly neighbors. I would stay again.

Exceptional stay

This property is quite outstanding - it is large and well equipped with pickleball and tennis courts on the doorstep as well as a pool and hot tub. The three bedrooms are well furnished, with one having an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen was more than sufficient. I would stay here again in an instant.

Wonderful stay

The property is as described with some recent remodeling. Checking-in was great and questions or issues were very quickly resolved. Location next to the tennis courts and pool were super convenient for us, and centrally located. The folks in the area were very nice. Good walking around the area and dog friendly. We are already booked again.

My First Visit to Palm Springs

Upon entering the condo we were delighted with all that we saw, more comfortable, clean and attractive than the site photos. Our panoramic view of the mountains, palm trees, patio, pool and landscape was exquisite and a huge bonus to me. We found every possible thing we might need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms…including pool towels for our use. The location is ideal and a short distance from my son’s apartment. Our host was avail for our every need or question. Anyone would be more than pleased to enjoy a stay here.

We absolutely loved this place. Our group was 4 adults but this home has 3 bedrooms that could easily accommodate another couple, or children. The complex has a pool and tennis/pickle ball court right outside the door. This home was very well equipped, the kitchen appliances all seemed brand new, everything was very clean. We only saw 1 other person use the pool during our 6 day stay. Grocery store and restaurants are super close, this was the perfect spot for us. Will definitely stay again, and highly recommend. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Sunrise Villas has the best community vibe that I have found. Walking in the cool fresh air to grab a morning coffee, or the shopping and restaurants at Smoke Tree is a true Palm Springs experience

What makes this property unique

The condo has been upgraded where it matters (kitchen appliances, flooring, furniture and mechanical items) and some of the original unique features have been maintained, like the atrium and the walk in shower, to keep the original esthetic. The layout is so comfortable and works well for a couple or a larger group (with separated bedrooms and baths).
