Saint Palais sur Mer - HOLIDAY SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE - VILLAS de CORDOUAN

The ground floor of this holiday villa in a residence welcomes you with a living room and a flat-screen TV that opens onto a private, enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a family meal. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes, featuring two electric hobs, a combination microwave oven, a 3-in-1 multi-capsule espresso coffee maker (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and Senseo), a tabletop refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet complete this cozy space.

A Japanese-style staircase leads to a mezzanine with an IKEA FLEKKE sofa bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children or friends.

Outside, enjoy a garden lounge for sunbathing or a barbecue for delicious outdoor evenings.

For your convenience, a private parking space is also available.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

Maison mitoyenne bien située avec jardin clos mais portail sur le jardin qui ne ferme pas à clé donc on ne peut laisser la chienne dans le jardin. Sinon maison Très agréable et très calme en septembre vu le peu de voisins . Je recommande.

Location sympa avec un p’tit jardin au calme, proche commerces (boulangerie, fruits de mer… ) et de la plage. La côte est très belle et permet de belle promenade.

A EVITER !!! TRES FORTEMENT DECONSEILLE !!

A la fin des vacances, nous rangeons la maison et passons presque 2 heures à faire le ménage (aspirateur, wc, salle de bains, serpillère) pour ne pas être prélevés de la caution ménage. Au moment de quitter le logement nous appelons l’agence pour faire un état des lieux, ce à quoi, on nous répond que nous pouvons quitter le logement sans état des lieux en présentiel, donc non contradictoire. Ce qui avait déjà été le cas lors de notre arrivée. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de recevoir un appel quelques jours après nous indiquant que la caution ménage allait être prélevée car le logement n’était pas propre et la femme de ménage aurait passée une heure à nettoyer après nous. Nous nous opposons à ce prélèvement mais un mail nous confirme cela avec des photos justificatives montrant la saleté dans le logement : des traces de goutte sur la vitre extérieure du logement (il pleuvait le dernier jour des vacances), une trace de doigt sur le lave-vaisselle ou le grille-pain, des miettes dans le grille-pain, … Toute une liste de choses déjà très certainement présentes à notre arrivée dans le logement mais que nous n’avions pas vérifié dans les moindres détails, nous fiant à la bonne foi de l’agence SQUARE HABITAT de la banque CREDIT AGRICOLE. Précisons ici que la caution de ménage est de 128 euros pour une heure de ménage et que la location du logement coutait seulement 440 euros , soit des frais de ménage de plus de 25% du coût de la location. Il s’avère que nous constatons nous ne sommes pas les premiers à être victimes de ce type de procédé. Il s’agit purement et simplement de MALHONNETETE à la limite de l’escroquerie.
