Relax and refresh in this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 1/2 bath premiere penthouse apartment. Enjoy modern mountain-chic decor with updated finishes and comfortable yet stylish furnishings. Take in the stunning Mountain vistas from every room in the penthouse, including two private balconies.
This penthouse occupies two levels, with the bedroom suites and entry foyer on the 1st level and open concept living area as well as the 1/2 bath on the upper level.
Both bedrooms are suites, with option for a king bed in each and a private attached bath for each. The master suite enjoys a private balcony and separate soaking tub in the bath. The guest suite enjoys the same spectacular views, and can be set up as a king bed OR 2 twins.
The upper level enjoys open concept living with a spacious living room, complete with gas fireplace and flat screen TV; stunning mountain views from the private balcony; a modern and updated full kitchen including granite countertops, peninsula seating, highend appliances, and all the comforts of a home kitchen for cooking and enjoying full meals. The adjacent formal dining area seats 6. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level and a small work area with desk seating. WiFi included.
While in residence at the Penthouse, guests enjoy complimentary use of the 42,000 sq. ft. Spa at the Peaks. The spa features indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, sauna & steam rooms, fitness center, wellness classes, and more.
All Parking at the Peaks Resort is Valet and fees do apply for all vehicles. Penthouse residences do not receive hotel-style housekeeping services.
The Peaks Resort is just steps from the pedestrian core of the Mountain Village where you will find dining, shopping, nightlife and the gondola to downtown Telluride. Also enjoy premier ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride Ski Resort via the complimentary ski valet. Perfect Mountain Village Location

The penthouse residence was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable week in Mountain Village. The amenities at The Peak are great and the location cannot be beat.

Wonderful stay over late July / early august. Good communication with host, easy check in.A few notes:1. Property does face east, lots of morning light. I was worried about lack of air conditioning with heavy sun exposure, but because sun is in the morning not an issue.2. Unit on top floor, good views. You do see the Four Seasons construction site, and noise will carry over from there. Minimal intrusion but you will hear it with windows open. Largest construction impact is trucks which is true throughout Mountain Village. (for summer 2026). Was worried about this but not much of an issue.3. Unit has multiple coffee machines (jura, nespresso, and a drop pot.).4. Not clear to me from pictures, there are two levels. Bedroom on bottom, living space on top. Large staircase connecting the two.5. Only issue I noted with property was that sliding screen mesh doors tend to open roll back on their own. Very minor issue. Otherwise property was in excellent shape.
