Beautifully appointed with all new furnishings and great interior design, this Palm Springs retreat is a classic modern Alexander home that has been completely restored and updated with contemporary amenities for the perfect combination of mid-century modern elegance with modern convenience. The bright open spaces are a pleasing feature you'll enjoy and the spectacular great room style main living area features a fireplace, and an accommodating dining area. Beautifully furnished to seat up to 10 comfortably, this room flows onto the pool area with floor to ceiling glass. The new and completely renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and barstool seating for two, making any recipe a breeze. When days heat up, everyone will love heading out to the backyard area that boasts a sparkling pool and spa, ample lounge chairs, a furnished covered patio, and lush green hedges that create a perfectly private oasis.
The expansive master suite opens on to the pool area and features a king bed, offers a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, beautiful new fixtures, a walk-in closet, and its own fireplace. There are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds that are tastefully appointed with all new furnishings, linens and bedding. Pool/spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge.

If a morning or evening hike is on the agenda, don't hesitate to head over to Araby Trail and snag a glimpse of the city from above. The wonderful restaurants, shops, and art galleries along Palm Canyon Drive are a must-see as well. Plus, the various celebrity homes in the area will be a blast to the past with wonderful mid-century designs that are unique to the area!
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
