Close to Thalassotherapy, the beach, the future water park, in a quiet, tree-lined residence made up of small Norman-style 2-storey buildings, we offer a beautiful, comfortable and very bright 2-room apartment on the 1st floor without a lift. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It consists :
* an entrance-clearance with washing machine drying area, iron and ironing board
* a living-dining room with a comfortable and very easy to unfold 140cm convertible sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with box and wi-fi, plenty of storage space, an extendable table and 4 chairs
* a small functional and well-equipped kitchen with multifunction oven, dishwasher, top fridge and small freezer, 2-burner induction hob (+ a separate hob), filter coffee machine (teapot kettle) and Nespresso machine, toaster, small appliances, Vmc, etc...
* a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and cupboards/wardrobes
* a bathroom with shower cabin, Vmc, hair dryer, scales, heated towel rail with integrated blower
* a separate toilet with Vmc
* a balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
Electric heating in each room.
Wi-Fi, bicycle storage and free parking.
Pillows and duvets provided. Household linen not provided.
When you arrive on site, you will have a single contact who will accompany you from the beginning to the end of your stay. The EASY CLES concierge service (0682441031) will welcome you at the time agreed with you for the handing over of the keys, will assist you in the event of an emergency, will meet your needs or desires (linen rental, cleaning hours, children's equipment, etc...). When you leave, EASY CLES will carry out an inventory with you and have the end-of-stay cleaning carried out (you will have provided the dishes and storage beforehand).

j’ai jamais loué un appartement aussi propre, décoration fait avec goût, il y a tout pour croire que l’on est chez soi, emplacement très calme, la mer à pied est à 5mn, la ville de cabourg a 30mn à pied… Le gardien des clés est très sympathique et au petit soin avec loueurs… je le relouerais sans problème… petit bémol mais qui m’en est pas un, une bouilloire serait un plus, et préciser que la cafetière est à capsules, mais c’est vraiment pour chipoter…. merci, merci pour nous avoir permis de passer un très bon séjour…
