This house, on 2 levels, can accommodate 8 people, it includes: On the ground floor : A fully equipped living room (central heating, wood stove, TV, Internet) A kitchen equipped with oven, multifunction oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, hotplate, extractor, electric coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc. A master bedroom with a 140cm bed and shower, basin, WC On the 1st floor: A second bedroom, spacious with a 140cm bed and cupboard. A third bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible double bed) A fourth with a pull-out bed. The bathroom with shower cubicle, WC. Completely closed and private, the terrace (facing south) allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, it has garden furniture with sun loungers and a plancha. The house has unlimited internet access. All blankets, pillows, and mattresses are provided.

Maison chaleureuse au cœur de Saint Martin

Jolie maison avec patio intérieur et quatre chambres, décorée avec goût et chaleureuse.Très bien située à 5/10 mn du port et calme (un peu de circulation aux heures de pointe côté rue mais rien de gênant en avril).Quelques petits ajustements à faire avec certains appareils électroménagers un peu poussifs.Dommage que les draps, serviettes et les lits faits ne soient pas inclus à la location (sauf supplément non précisé dans l’annonce Abritel). Il semblerait que ce soit une pratique commune à plusieurs agences sur l’île de Ré…À quand la location des couverts et de la machine à café en sus ?
