At the heart of the great vineyards of the Beaujolais, 2,5 km from the lovely village of Fleurie, gite in large stone built house. Full of character with many old pieces (exposed beams, some of them are low). Ground floor: entrance hall (storage area, deep freeze, small wine cellar for guests to enjoy the wines of the property), laundry room (washing machine, tumble drier), hall, bedroom (double bed, en-suite shower room with WC), separate WC, living room (small lounge area) opening directly onto the terrace on one side and the large courtyard on the other side. 1st floor: hall with play area for children and storage area, shower room including Wc, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds) (family attic room with 2 single beds and bunk beds) (1 bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds). Baby equipment available (including wooden cot). Underfloor electric heating. Outdoors: tiled terrace with lovely view, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, gravelled courtyard, parking area. Owners' second home on site (owners are rarely on the premises), hiking trails nearby.

Logement spacieux qui dispose du nĂ©cessaire pour les bĂ©bĂ©s (lit, chaise haute). ExtĂ©rieur trĂšs agrĂ©able mais on regrettera peut ĂȘtre le manque d'un vrai salon pour pouvoir se poser si le temps est pluvieux et que l'on doit rester Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Accueil trĂšs soignĂ©. GĂźte trĂšs bien situĂ©, en pleine campagne au calme, avec des dĂ©parts de randonnĂ©es Ă  proximitĂ©. IdĂ©al avec des enfants. Terrasse avec superbe vue, au bord de vignes bio. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine notamment. NĂ©cessiterait un peu de rĂ©novation notamment au niveau des douches (joints trĂšs sales). Logement peu isolĂ©, nous Ă©tions contents de voir le soleil pointĂ© le bout de son nez.
