Beautiful BelAire Overlook, Mtn-Lake View, Pool Table. Great Rates!

Beautiful Bel Aire Overlook, a Hiawassee mountain home with a gorgeous year round view of the Appalachian mountains and Lake Chatuge. Enjoy a large porch with western exposure. This home has 3 bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms with TV's are on the main level with 2 full baths. One bathroom has a tub shower combo and the other has a jetted garden tub. Fully furnished kitchen and washer and dryer on the main level and a second washer and dryer downstairs off the kitchenette, The living room on the main level has a large sofa and sitting areas with a beautiful view of the mountains and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen table has seating for 5 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. A spiral staircase leads to a downstairs second living area with a large pit group sofa for reclining to watch movies or TV. Downstairs also has a kithchenette with a second refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink. The third bedroom downstairs has king bed and TV. A full bathroom is also downstairs as an ensuite to the king bedroom. A separate area has a pool table, TV and seating with access to the outside lower level. There are two 4 person high bistro table a regular height around dining patio table that also seats 4 people. Extra bedding for children or petite adults on 2 padded cots with sheets extra linens. Camera over parking area only for safety. Two steps to the main floor from the parking area and wrap around balcony. Come and visit Beautiful Bel Aire Overlook, you will not believe the view!

We throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay here. Beautiful property with a nice view of Lake Chatuge. The road to get here wasn’t very steep at all and almost to the top! Very private with lovely flowers, hummingbird feeders and chimes. Will keep it marked as a favorite when in Hiwassee.

The home is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The parking is very difficult and check-in time was a little confusing after driving 10 hours with four children and being able to get in like 10 minutes before check-in that is the only thing in the parking that we did not like otherwise it’s beautiful

Exceptional view, comfortable beds, close to everything. My spouse, seventeen year old and I stayed for a weekend. Lots to do with a beautiful view. Totally recommend.
