The memory foam mattresses and soft, cushiony bedding in each of the Queen-sized bedrooms may tempt you to sleep the day away, but the smell of coffee brewing from the gourmet, modern kitchen should help you awake each morning and start your day. Enjoy the included amenities of your own washer/dryer, blow dryer, shampoo and other toiletries, dish soap and a fully stocked kitchen. For your recreation we have also provided an entire garage filled with activities and games, including ping pong, giant connect four, games, beach chairs, beach towels and even some beach toys for the kids as you make your way to the sand and surf, just moments away by foot.
For more adult Destin activities, enjoy the restaurants, bars and nightlife of HarborWalk Village, waterfront shopping and dining, paddle board and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass-bottom boats, world class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts and live music, weekly fireworks, weekly Fat Tuesday parades, and live entertainment! Notes: -No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed on the rental property. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
- Guest must send government issued ID to retain reservation within 24 hours of booking. ** PLEASE NOTE THAT A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BEFORE CHECK IN***
-If bringing a boat, details must be provided IN ADVANCE of arrival:
Make, Model, Length (Max 26'), a photo of boaters insurance card and photo ID.
-Beach gate access card hangs in the kitchen. Please be extremely careful with the beach pass as it is very costly to replace ($200 fine unfortunately). We've put it on a large floating keychain to help you avoid misplacing it. Thanks in advance!
-The maximum occupancy is STRICTLY enforced. Please do not leave children under the age of 18 alone in the unit. Unregistered guests are not permitted without approval. Local management will ask you to leave immediately with no refund if the reservation was made under false pretenses, you are underage, or if there is evidence of non-registered guests. Guests observed on the property above the authorized limit will be charged an additional rate of $50 per person, per night. Unregistered guests observed on the property not spending the night will be charged $50 per person, per day.
Basic rules are as follows:
-Quiet hours from 10pm-10am
-Parking is limited to one vehicle in the complex.
-No smoking or drug use anywhere on property.
-No pets allowed.
-Please keep sandy items in the garage, and not in the house.
-Not suitable for parties or events.
