Our stay was great!! Location was great! I loved that everything was within walking distance of the place. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased to stay in this marvelous condo! Unit was as pictured, very comfortable and we always felt safe. Host was always available and quick to respond. Location is perfect and close to many things. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in New Orleans.

Fantasy Football Draft

Perfect Accomodations!

This was an amazing property for the purposes of our trip! To be able to have TWO family sized condos side by side was phenomenal. Both properties met all of our needs and the owner/manager was easy and professional to deal with, not to mention extremely responsive. Everything we needed was equipped and then some. The location was perfectly situated with everything in walking distance. I HIGHLY recommend booking this property!

Host was very attentive and helpful. The side by side units were exactly what we needed for our group for Mardi Gras and parade route just around corner so very easy for everyone. Unloading and loading car was a bit of a challenge but the manager gave us a wagon that was incredibly helpful. The unit could use more lighting, especially in the kitchen. Perhaps install under cabinet lights?

Great Location

Over all we had a great stay here. My only negative is that it was very dark in the rooms no windows in my room and the windows in the sitting area didn’t open. Very cool space though and they had evwry amenitiy you could need. We had to contact the owener one time and he responded within 2 .minutes and was already working on our issue! I would stay again but I would take the front bedroom lol. The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the middle of bourbon, 2 min walk to the trolley.

Had a great stay for a bachelor party. The rooms are bigger than the pictures. Lots of common space to chill. Very very clean. Not one bug. Water filters and laundry was a nice touch. Perfect distance from bourbon. Glad i didnt stay on bourbon after experincing it! The area right nearby can get very very sketchy and ghetto at night, especially near the convenience store. So i wouldnt recommend anyone walk without atleast a group of 3 or 4 at night (starts to get bad around 4pm).
