NORTH BEACH - Residence of standing "Escale Port", with swimming pool, secure common parking and garden directly on the Port. Nice studio on the 2nd floor, composed of a bright living room with sofa bed in 140cm, a bed wardrobe 1 bed in 80cm and a tv, overlooking a balcony of 2.5m² with sea view. Equipped kitchen (Microwave, fridge Top, hob). Bathroom with washing machine and toilet. Beach at 100m, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 3 people.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€/person
