LEFT BANK- In a secure residence in 1st line with private parking, apartment type P2 of 30m2 on the 3rd floor with elevator, consisting of a living room with sofa bed 140cm and tv overlooking a loggia, a fully equipped kitchen (Oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave) a bedroom with a double bed in 140cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet. This P2 can accommodate up to 4 people. Access to the beach without road to cross, close to the city center.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Kit towels: 7€ / person
- Cleaning: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
A deposit check is to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
