Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und wieder mit allem sehr zufrieden. Toller Gastgeber, tolle Wohnung, Sauberkeit einwandfrei, und eine tolle Lage um zu Fuẞ an den Strand oder in den Stadtkern zu kommen. Also absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Un logement impeccable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un parfait séjour. L'emplacement est tout aussi parfait pour varier les activités plage/ shopping/repos au calme!Le plus est assurément la qualité de l'accueil de la part des propriétaires et leur gentillesse! Waren schon oft im Süden Frankreichs und auch in Le Grau du Roi, Alles hat sich sehr verändert gegenüber dem ersten Mal vor ca 42 Jahren

Superbes vacances / Toller Urlaub

Un logement à recommander absolument et un propriétaire formidable. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nos attentes ont été absolument dépassées. Très propre, très bien entretenu et très bien situé par rapport à la plage et au village. Nous espérons ne pas y être allés la dernière fois. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft und ein toller Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut übertroffen. Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und tolle Lage zum Strand und Ort. Wir hoffen nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen zu sein.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Location impeccable, il ne manquait rien Les propriétaires sont très agréables, discrets et sympathiques. Location proche du centre ville, commerces, plage et cinéma Nous n'avons jamais pris la voiture sauf pour sortir de Grau Nous reviendrons probablement et diffuserons à nos amis sans problème

Superbe appartement avec terrasse

Très bel appartement refait à neuf dans maison magnifique dans le quartier résidentiel du boucaner. Avec 2 vraies chambres, une cuisine, un salon et une terrasse c’était parfait pour notre couple et notre enfant de 22 ans. Les chambres ne donner pas sur le salon donc calme et intimité. Propriétaire très gentil, et le jardin est magnifique.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable dans un cadre verdoyant sans vis à vis, idéalement situé à proximité de la mer et des commerces, dès qu on y entre on se sent comme chez soi car rien ne manque , tout est bien pensé . De plus le temps a été magnifique toute la semaine ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et le proprietaire est très gentil et arrangeant car arrivés avant 16h, il a accepté de nous accueillir.

Nice but pricey

The flat is in a nice quiet corner of town, it's compact and well furnished. However... The documents and communications were all in French (we only speak English & Italian) as were the TV channels- no international options here. There was a £50 charge for the loan of towels & bedsheets, and another for the (nominal) cleaning needed after we vacated. On top of that the wifi (if the password isn't too long for your device- it was for my wife's phone) is more like 3/4 wifi. It kicks out often you are really lucky if you get 40 minutes un-interrupted use. We love the resort, but would go elsewhere if this was the only option when it came time to book here again.

ANONYMAT DEMANDÉ ! ! ! Séjour très agréable, les propriétaires vivent dans la propriété et sont très accueillants. Location conforme à la description, gestion professionnelle. Appartement parfaitement propre, bien équipé. Location à 300 mètres de la plage de sable (bien entretenue) et 500 mètres d’un centre commercial, parking dans la rue. Quartier très tranquille. Location que nous recommandons sans réserve.

het was een fijn verblijf in Le Grau-du-Roi. het was een kennismaking met een fantastische omgeving met veel bijzondere vogels en hele lange stranden.Heerlijk om te fietsen. het enige nadeel was een vrij drukke weg dichtbij.
