About this property

Enjoy a recently updated home on the river, with private heated pool, deck, and short walk to the quiet "no-drive" beach. A kayak is available to explore and fish in the Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve right from the back deck. The walk to the beach is a short 10 minutes, and the beach access is in a residential neighborhood (no condos). Beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon to tote your things are in the garage and free to use. Pool deck includes an air conditioned sun-room with a large bar and wine refrigerator, serves as a perfect viewing spot for sunsets over the mangroves. Family friendly layout, including a bunk room with 4 bunk beds. Pets are not allowed.

Everything on this listing and more! Outdoor shower, the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen...ability to see rocket launches from Kennedy space center...gorgeous and flawless open floor plan! Bathrooms are amazing. Master bedroom makes you feel like a queen and has a sliding door to deck or just to open the curtains and have a million dollar view at sunset...everything was amazing, beautiful and flawless...can’t wait for next year to come back!!! Thank you!

Awesome location and beautiful house!

The house was clean and beautifully remodeled. It has everything you may need and more. The location is perfect, very nice neighborhood, quiet, walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We loved sitting outside on the back porch and watching the birds. The house was very clean and included everything we needed. The beach is only a short walk from the house, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely rent again! Thank you!
