Stay in our 115m² apartment, ‘Le 8 de Cœur’, on Place Jeanne d'Arc, right in the centre of old Colmar.

The duplex flat is located on the 2nd floor without a lift and has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. On the 2nd level: a toilet, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one equipped with a queen-size bed with a bathtub and washbasin, and the second bedroom has two single beds. On the first level: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Finally, you will enjoy a large living room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen.

The flat enjoys a rather unique location that is highly appreciated by travellers, on Place Jeanne d'Arc in the heart of old Colmar, which allows easy access on foot to the city's main points of interest. Its location in Colmar also provides access to the main tourist sites in Alsace, while being close to the wine route, Haut Koenigsbourg and Strasbourg. Europa Park is less than an hour's drive away. During the Christmas season, the Christmas markets begin right outside the apartment windows, giving it a particularly magical atmosphere. All of Colmar's points of interest are within walking distance.

Wi-Fi is free. I will send you a comprehensive welcome book in five languages one week before your arrival.

A security deposit of €400 is required five days before you arrive and must be paid by activating a bank pre-authorisation. This is a temporary hold on your card, which blocks the deposit amount for the duration of your stay and is released immediately after you leave.

There is a large open plan living room with kitchen, and a small TV lounge with sofa bed. There is a separate toilet in the duplex.

On the first level, there is a bathroom with toilet.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as a welcome pack. We offer a private garage at 300m on request for medium size car.

The flat is ideally located on Place Jeanne d'Arc. The Christmas market is right under the flat's windows, which makes for a very popular atmosphere. All points of interest are within walking distance. It is very easy to come and park at the foot of the building and drop off your luggage, and then go and park your car in the garage that I offer.

The wifi is free. I provide a very complete welcome book 2 weeks before your arrival in 4 languages. On site, you will find all the useful tourist information, and I am also at your disposal to give you all the information you need.

Our garage is available at 300m for free. If your car is too big, there is a possibility to have a parking place on request in case it is available.
