Children loved the bunkbed setup. Felt like a home away from home during our weekend getaway.

This was a great small condo! Close to village and canyon lodge. Took the blue line bus on the snowy day to avoid parking. The underground parking was key in the winter.

Great location, close to tram stop. Easy ride to the gondola and back from Canyon lodge, Didn't have to drive anywhere Underground parking and fully functional kitchen with two full bathrooms. We cooked a few meals and took the tram down to the Village for dinner a couple times too. Booked a second trip in March for more skiing!
All the amenities were there, even surprised us to have a working wood stove. One exception was that the hottub was not functioning on a saturday; not sure if that's under their control though

I am sorry to hear that the jacuzzi was not working while you were here, we do not manage it but if you call we can always reach out to the property manager to get more information!
We hope to welcome you again soon!
It was old and needs a remodel, but plenty comfortable. There were two big problems. The directions to the place were almost useless. It took us one hour i=of driving around the town to find the property---way too much. And we found it only with help from locals. Second, the living room TV stopped working the third day and never got fixed--a bummer because we could not watch two different shows.

Wouldn’t recommend for mammoth
I’ve stayed at multiple mammoth places each year and this was the worst. The place was so old and has not ever been renovated- it felt dirty because of it. The place smelled terrible- it was so strong a musky, smoky odor that made us feel sick. We think it was from the sink but also the air vents in the bathrooms was pure dust. Just gross. Then the cleaning process made the hallways of the place smell like bleach- when we opened the sheets the bleach was overpowering. You won’t be able to bring a second car, there’s not enough parking which was so frustrating since they made it seem more available. The only saving grace was the communication on vrbo was good, they were nice! But the actual Crestview when I called was rude. I’d avoid this whole complex.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how important it is to feel comfortable in your accommodations, and we regret that the condition and scent of the unit impacted your experience. We will address these concerns with our cleaning team and maintenance to ensure the space is fresh and inviting for future guests.
Regarding parking, we do our best to provide clear guidance, but we understand how limited parking can be frustrating, especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your kind words about our communication and will also review any concerns regarding service at Crestview.
We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve. If you ever decide to stay with us again, we'd love the opportunity to provide a better experience.
Perfect layout for a family of 4! Easy check-in. Close to everything. Very clean & cozy. 2 full baths was a plus for sure. Master bed was comfortable as was the living area. The bunk beds would benefit from matress toppers for a little extra cushion but all in all we had a great stay and hope to be back. Thank you!

Thank you for your positive feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Mammoth Lakes. We appreciate the 5 star rating -- thank you! Hope to see you again soon!
This was a straightforward and well-priced home base for a fantastic vacation for my family (including two preschoolers). It was well-stocked for the price range -- I was happy to find a blender in addition to the more standard kitchen appliances, for example. The mattresses were on the hard side for my personal preferences, but individual tastes vary in that respect. And the couch was very comfortable. Easy and straightforward check-in and check-out processes. But above all, location: there's so much great stuff to do in the area, and we had a wonderful trip!
