Close all blinds and lower the master bedroom shutters,Raise the temperature to 76 Leave damp towels hanging to dry Put used pans, cups, silverware, and dishes in the dishwasher and run it
Gather dish towels, dry, bathing towels, and used placemats and put them in a laundry basket Fold the comforters and lay them on dresser or couch, strip linens, and leave them in laundry basket
Place the garage door openerspare set of keys in the dining room lack only the deadbolt and leave that set of keys in the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise between 11pm and 7:00 am
No loud noise after 5pm and on weekends

Besides your 12am call, it was a pleasure to host you. Next time please hang wet towels and run the dishwasher, asthe cleaning lady doesn’t always have time the day that you check out. Otherwise you were great guests
