HOSTED CREW STOKEk ON FISHING Jan 2025. Visit Youtube for fishing video coming showing our house with Paul Bailey Pro bass guide and Shea McIntee. WINTER prime time for fishing at the lake. Don't miss this opportunity!
2 kayaks, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Proximity wineries, Restaurants, etc. Seating patio by the lake with Charcoal BBQ. Massif fireplace, New A/C, Heating. Parking +, WIFI, Ideal for work retreat, distance learning kids, bring mat for yoga by lake, Kids can feed the ducks, PARADISE ! THIS IS THE PLACE
You can use our private dock but NOT the lift. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet as we do have a pet policy/pet fees. No mooring whips anymore, they got broken, people didn’t know how to use it and they got broken multiple times. You might see them on the photo, but they’re not there anymore for our guest to use it. Please bring your life jacket if you’re planning on kayaking or going in the water.

Very nice. Home was very clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed and a lot of extras too! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve meals. All we had to bring was food and clothes. Parking was convenient . The private dock and back yard was beautiful and a lot of fun.

The view is spectacular! Pretty clean and lots of space. Could have used another roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Water pressure was very weak. Outside area has lots of cobwebs. Overall, nice place for the price.

I’m disappointed about your comment We cleaned cobwebs just before your arrival The day of your arrival, because it’s a lake front , we can’t spray for that issue in order to protect lake proximity. It’s like that in Clearlake during summer and there nothing more we can do about that. A 3 stars is a pretty low review considering it’s not a issue under our control I wish people can understand . We have pest control contract and housekeeping crew trying to manage that and following guidelines for lake protection. Hopefully people can leave reviews according to our property and not because of the natural environment. This review is not associated with my house.

Great stay overall. The house was spacious, welcoming, and fully stocked for cooking. The lake and mountain views from the back windows were beautiful.Backing a boat or trailer along the side of the house was difficult due to fast traffic coming from a blind curve—cones could help improve safety.The dock was excellent, and a highlight was my brother landing a 20 lb channel catfish overnight.
