Local shops (bakery, mini-market) are 5 minutes walk away. You can park your vehicle in a private space in the residence.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, for 4 people; the master bedroom has a 160x200 bed. The other bedroom is modular (2 80x200 children's beds or 1 double bed 160x200).
