Fantastic location, close to a great beach and beautiful view from the balcony. The location was perfect for getting to any part of the island quickly and several good shops and restaurants nearby. The condo was clean and everything worked properly. This worked great for my wife and I and two teenagers and we would stay here again.

The place was beyond perfect. Fantastic view, walkable to anything you could possibly need. Two beautiful beaches steps away. Communication fantastic. The rooftop terrace and bbq grills had some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend

The apartment matched the description online. It was right on the beach, clean, nicely equipped from beach chairs to a washer and dryer, beds were comfortable and the full kitchen was convenient. The unit was on the 6th floor and had two elevators. Most of our time in the apartment was spent on the lanai overlooking the beautiful ocean and mountain view. Our kids enjoyed the pool when we were not on the beach. There were plenty of parking spots available and the building was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. During our stay, Maui was hit by tropical storm Lala but because of our location we were safe. Also the host kept us updated on the development of the storm on a daily basis.

Great property with easy access to beach and gorgeous views rain or shine. We watched whales from our lanai! Location is perfectly located for walking access to oceanside trail that goes for miles and lots of restaurants and shops on the street side. Kitchen supplies are very adequate and we especially appreciated the liberal stock of bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs, etc. Great value compared to the resorts, we would definitely choose this property again on a future trip to Maui. Property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with via text.

Perfect Location

Loved our time at this property. The unit was very clean, filled with amenities. Great location in Central Kihei. The unit itself offered spectacular views of the ocean. It really was a home away from home. Would highly recommend this unit to all, and we look forward to visiting again.

We had the best beach vacation. The location is perfect. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. Direct access to the beach. Great snorkeling. The food trucks in the area were delicious. Property was clean and well appointed. The owners were very responsive. Staff on property were very nice and helpful as well. I would recommend this property. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Georgeous condo & view!!

The condo is freshly updated and we loved being close to the ocean and hearing the waves roll in. With the high humidity the AC and ceiling fans in all rooms kept us super comfortable. I highly recommend this condo to everyone.

Superb unit and stay!

Everything about this trip was excellent! This was our 6th time at the Mauian and it didn’t disappoint. The location and unit can’t be beat and the property managers were so easy to work with and accommodating. The unit had everything we needed for meals, sun and sand. The furniture was comfortable and the view from the lanai was an added bonus each evening. Definitely will stay here again! Warm aloha and Mahalo for another great stay in Kihei!

Royal Mauian 605

The condo is just perfect! My husband and I had our elderly mother with us. The floor plan accommodated this as there are 2 separate areas with their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the view is awesome! Just steps from the rooftop deck where we cooked many dinners and met some great people..
