Built in the 1950's as a mid-century modern Florida home, a complete makeover offers you the latest technology including Ultrafast WIFI, Xfinity cable, Assure Smartlock and for added security there are outdoor Google Nest Cameras.

All-new, high-end quartz counters, stainless appliances, stylish leather chairs, Keurig, and gourmet pots and pans. Rolling bar cart and utensils are a great way to display your favorite spirits and celebrate the Siesta Key lifestyle.

All-new appliances: Full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. Other appliances include blender, hand held mixer, and toaster.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy beautiful views of the green grass backyard, includes a king bed and en suite bathroom with marble accents, lots of dresser space, large closet with hangers, hair dryer, towels, and new smart television.
Guest Bedroom #1: Includes a queen bed with an extra-large dresser and closet with hangers as well as smart television. Located next to a full bathroom with shower/bath combination, hairdryer, and towels.
Guest Room #2: A cozy, private, 3rd room includes bunk beds, a desk for remote work or school and a 42" WIFI connected Samsung TV. Bonus space a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Both bunks have task lamps and USB plugs for those important electronics. Also, it has a desk and tv.
Sofa-sleeper in living room: Folds out to a queen Serta mattress

All bedrooms include high quality sheets. Extra sheets and blankets are available to meet all comfort needs.

The house is treated quarterly for mosquitos and bugs to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. There is weekly lawn maintenance.

We had an excellent stay at this property during our Spring Break trip. The location is perfect. The backyard is an amazing place to relax. The house was very clean and the communication with the property owner was excellent. This house would be at the top of our list if we are back in Siesta Key!

Lovely Beach Hideaway

We had a wonderful small family get together at this immaculate, stylishly updated beach bungalow. The house was very well equipped and comfortable, and the grounds and pool were beautiful, with lots of wildlife to enjoy. The hosts were very kind and responsive, thanks to them , we had a perfect stay!

Siesta Key Oasis

We rented this property for almost 5 weeks as a winter getaway and a work-away-from home spot. The pictures show the property exactly as it is - the owners meticulously look after the home and are always available if you need anything. Our kids visited us for a week while we were there and they barely got out of the pool! If you are looking for a place in Siesta Key this is definitely it! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants and all the amenities you need - thanks again for the amazing trip ☺️

I enjoyed my time so much. The house was comfortable and clean. I never wanted to leave the backyard! Melissa checked in multiple times to make sure everything was to my liking. Also this was my first vacation after retiring and Melissa was so kind to send me a gift, it meant a lot . This was my first vacation alone after my husband passing away and I couldn’t have stayed in a better place. I hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful Home Close to Village

It's hard for me to describe how terrific this home is. I had high expectations based on the pictures and previous reviews and was so pleased with this property. We stayed at this Siesta Key gem for almost 4 weeks as we were there for a work remote getaway. Not vacation, but just a decision to go somewhere else for a month. What a great decision it was. The home has obviously been renovated and decorated by an interior designer recently. It has a very nice open living room, wonderful kitchen, and lots of windows that overlook the back yard. Bedrooms are top notch. Bathrooms outstanding. Everthing inside the home A+. Now the onto outside of the home.... I don't know how much money these folks spent on the area behind the home, but it couldn't have been cheap. One of the finest swimming pool/hot tub combo's I have ever experienced. So, so nice. The backyard is very private being fenced in/walled in. The entire ambience is inviting with palm trees, well placed lighting, a canal, and visits from a white and grey Crane almost daily. While being super private, the house is very close to the Village. Like really close. I could hop on one leg to the Village and I'm not that coordinated. Very convient and such a fun place to be! Melissa, the owner, was super nice and always available for whatever we needed. Very accomdating and wanting to make sure we had a great time and were comfortable. Thank you Melissa. I could go on and on, but this review is probably too long already. In closing, if you are looking at this property right now don't hesitate to book. This is the spot to be.

Close To Village With New Pool & Spa

We enjoyed our February 2022 stay at this property. Home is nicely updated and well-stocked. Backyard pool & spa is a great amenity to enjoy. Hosts are very responsive and cordial. Close to the hustle & bustle of the Village and convenient to many restaurants & stores. Easy walk to nearby beach access.

We live in Michigan and bought this home in July 2020. It is a special place to us and we enjoy the time we get to spend there relaxing, walking to the beach, sharing stories and just unwinding from our busy schedules or work and school.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION: We have had friends stay at the home and they can't believe how great the location is. Less than 20 minutes from SRQ airport and within 75 minutes from four different major airports (SRQ, PGD, TPA, RSW). Save your money, you DO NOT need to rent a car. It's a 2-minute walk to the grocery store and a dozen restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

THE HOME FOR EVERYONE: Like a chameleon, this home adjusts to so many lifestyles. Some days, we just want to chill out on the rocking chairs on the front porch. Others, we enjoy basking in the sun of the southern exposure backyard. If exercise is your thing, walk or run on the side streets and beach. With so many restaurants and cool places for the kids, you'll never run out of things to do. During a recent stay, we had ages in the house ranging from 8 years old to 74 years old and everyone had a great time. Even with 6-8 people in the home, there is plenty of space inside and out for privacy.

LUXURY FEEL: We get asked a lot if we hired a professional decorator. The pictures online look nice, but the fit-and-finish of the home feels even better. Leather chairs, throws, high-end sheets and pillows and dimmable lights throughout the home create a warm, cozy feeling, parallel to the experience of staying in a luxury high-end Villa. We hope you enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Location! This house has the best location in Siesta Key. We can walk everywhere within minutes. We love walking to the beach and going to all the fantastic restaurants and shops. The best part of our day is heading to the beach for the sunset and then grabbing ice cream in town.
